What are the Bus Classes & Prices of Transport Co?
The price of your bus trip will depend both on the destination and the class of your ticket. Note that not all ticket classes are available on certain routes yet for longer trips there is almost always a good choice of options. Opt for a sleeper coach for the most convenient overnight trip. Sleeper buses are usually equipped with berths or soft reclining seats, feature an onboard toilet and your ticket may also include other perks like snacks or even a lunch. Taking a night bus is also a good idea if you want to save on your hotel room. During the day an express service is often the best value for money as it makes less stops than an ordinary or standard class bus and travels faster. On some routes it may be crucial to choose the right class as, say, an ordinary or second class bus may need some 6 hours to cover the distance the first class or express bus travels in two hours!

Intercity bus terminals can be located outside the city centre in the outskirts. It means you will need to calculate extra time and money to get there. In certain destinations getting from the bus terminal can cost you more than you would expect because only a limited number of transportation companies is allowed to serve the route – and prices may be inflated.

During busy weekends or high season buses serving some tourist destinations may run out of schedule and require advanced booking.

While buses are not as weather dependent as ferries, bus trips can also be delayed or cancelled due to bad weather or road conditions – keep it in mind if travelling during certain seasons or to certain destinations.

Lea MThe trip in itself was very good and the crew was very nice. They made sure we were aware of where we should stop and made us feel welcomed.
The only bad thing is the schedule. On the reservation we should have left Sukhothai at 20:30 and arrived in Bangkok at 07:26. But this is not how the buses work. They leave their first station at 20:30 so they arrived in Sukhothai at 22h and they arrive at their last station at 07:26 so we arrived in Bangkok at 04:50.

Mette PThe bus is good. Staff was in a hurry even I was there 30 min before. The did not drop as according to the ticket and they speak no English to help. The trip also is 1 hour shorter than noted on the ticket.

It was my first time using this bus service
I thought we would be dropped off at the same place when we went to Bangkok
But no, they drop you off in front of lots off taxi bikes, where you are pressured to use them and was told 150baht for a 40baht trip
I know to question the price but there will be a lot of tourists that don’t know
The drop off point should be the Bus Terminal, not in the middle of nowhere, where you have no choice
Also there was no communication about where you need to get off the bus

Charlotte BThis bus service was the best that I have used so far in Thailand. From the driver to the assistance inside the bus, the service was spectacular. The seats were comfortable, the bus was clean, the toilet was clean, the driver was cautious and drove with care of his cargo. I've taken this trip many times in the past year with other services where the drivers sped through the mountains, and at one point almost crashed. This driver made me feel safe and relaxed, and I truly appreciate that. He was on time and professional. One thing that would help is if the assistance spoke English when making announcements, and if they could use a speaker system. The lady spoke so softly and I have a hard time hearing. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I would use this service again.

Hein T1. Some people move the seat backward too much. It is not comfortable for the people who sit behind.
2. There is a bad smell in the bus.
3. Moisture is coming out and drops as a water drop from the air-conditioner.
4. Some people use Facebook and listen to music too loudly, and no one complains about them. It is a really bad thing.

Tyree HHonestly, it wasn't horrible but definitely not ideal, we stopped once. I know timewise we had to do what we did to make the time, but I think at least letting passengers know beforehand would be good. Also, the lady who was on the bus knew no English and was not helpful. I wish she was at least more pleasant, if she wasn't able to communicate. I don't think I'll do it again.

Vijesh GExcellent service. Pay extra attention to the fact that this comes up as "Pattaya Bus Terminal" on google maps. It is NOT the same as "Pattaya North Bus Terminal".
Bus left on-time. My 12pm bus said 3.5 hours to Don Mueang, but it only took 2 hrs 15 minutes. This could be an unusual day though. Reclining seats. Bus interiors were very clean and pleasant.

Darryl JDifficult to book in at the airport as no one knew where the check in desk was as it does not mention 12go anywhere, only another bus company.
The bus itself was not 12go so no one knew if it was the right bus or not. Needed someone supervising it all.
Bus stoped in Pattaya at different locations and no one knew if it was their stop or not, total confusion as no one knew it did not go to the bus station

As a first time tourist, and doesn't read and speak your language, communication is always the barrier. 2 riders took me to the wrong place.
