Train #84 1st Class Sleeper, Thai Railways (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย), Jan 30, 2020
Very confortable trip. The only thing- charges double of the ticket price... When we collected the tickets we saw the price on them... So if you can, buy your tickets yourself in the train station.
Train #84 2nd Class Sleeper AC, Thai Railways (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย), Jan 17, 2020
Two recommendations: 1. Buy Thai train tickets at a station whenever possible, since is expensive. 2. Take a non-airconditioned carriage whenever available - aircon is extremely cold.
Train #84 2nd Class Sleeper AC, Thai Railways (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย), Jan 1, 2020
I have enjoyed my travel, but be aware the AC it's Blasting so dress Warm and there is no night time lighting so you 'resleeping in the bright neon light so bring eye cover and your travel will be perfect! Make sure you know your stops because it's not announced.
Train #168 2nd Class Sleeper AC, Thai Railways (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย), Dec 31, 2019
Amazing ride with my family! Buying the tickets was easy. We even got a partial refund due to a price drop. Our kids, 5 & 6, LOVED the train. This was an experience they will never forget. It wasn't the best sleep we've had, due to some typical train noise, early risers, vendors etc. But it was a wonderful ride nonetheless.
Train #84 2nd Class Sleeper AC, Thai Railways (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย), Dec 20, 2019
Big upside....Bus goes to Mochit 1st before going to South Terminal, so for those wanting to travel beyond Bangkok you're able to get minivan or bus at Mochit. The trip is safe and quiet. Drivers seemed very professional and accommodating. Would definitely use again, and would certainly recommend.
Bus Express, Sri Suthep Tour (ศรีสุเทพทัวร์), Oct 20, 2019
