Feel not safe during the trip. Driver overtake lane from 1st to 3rd lane and 3rd to 1st lane. Always tailgating in front of other cars

Driver was nice and we arrived early but he was on the phone for a long time and was extremly loud on it. I left with a headache from him shouting on the phone.

Driver turned up a day early and at 0830am not 0600am. Luckily for us it was the wrong day ...so I contacted 12GO by phone and they were very helpful in assuring me that my booking was correct and the driver was a day early and way over the requested time. Was informed this would be corrected for the next day and the driver would be at pick up at 0545am
He never turned up until 0605 after another call to 12GO.... which made me a little apprehensive.
Finally we were off to Bangkok airport... was disappointed our gear just poorly stacked in back of car and moved as soon as we left so I rearranged while driver continued to drive ... the car was not very clean with empty and half filled water bottles in the door sleeves... shame about cleanliness for customers.... next event stopped to fill up car with LPG ... while this attitude was unprofessional and and lazy with regard to preparation and cleanliness this person didn't seem to have any respect for his customers.
I let this go and settled in for the drive to Bangkok... During the drive our driver was on the phone approximately 70% of the drive ... texting and talking and dailing numbers whilst driving at approximately 100km per hour in and out of traffic... this was very concerning and I was glad my partner was sleeping most of the trip ...when you talk a bout professionalism and service this was putting our lives at risk driving over 100 km per hour in and out of traffic whilst using phone, taking, texting and dialling numbers for over 70% of the trip.
This was a disgrace and reflects poorly on your company who were very helpful in assisting us.
Finally taking photos of us at the start and end of our trip is legally not acceptable unless you have permission from us ... which was not requested at all. I understand it could be a means of evidence for the driver but he needs to understand permission needs to be given ... in the end we completed the trip but I think we were put at unnecessary and high risk by this person ... he needs to be disciplined or replaced ... thank you for your time
