Nice driver, drove well. 12 people in the van is too much. Airco not working well. We had to transfer from taxi to van, all together took 6,5 hours in stead of 5,5.

I paid for tickets almost 2x more expensive than directly from van company. The van was 30 minutes late. A driver was stopping 2 times at post office and grocery store to buy something for himself. As a result I was in BKK after 6 hours

130 pm taxi from the pier to a station along the road. Waited until 230 for our 2pm scheduled van. The van driver wasnt the nicest but he drove fast and was efficient on time. He was sure to be mad at us for stopping to eat a quick soup on our break which we had no idea how long it was because nothing was communicated to us in english.

Arrived promptly but far too cramped on minibus. Seats were full and most passengers had suitcases. We had paid for an extra seat for our case but others hadn’t so cases took up a lot of the floor space. Very uncomfortable in very back seats and bumpy ride.

We arrived at Tammachat pier early at 11am rather than 12 noon. However, after staff satisfied themselves that we had pre booked we got a songthew immediately to Trat. After a wait of around 45 mins we were directed to an old mini bus rather than the new model as expected. We left at about 12.30 rather than the 2pm scheduled and the bus made several stops on the way.The journey was smooth and comfortable except for minimal leg room and we arrived at Ekkamai at 5.30pm.. So no big problems and on a cost/ service basis can recommend.
