Passenger reviews out of total 82 passengers traveled with us on this route

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

★★★★★ Apr 17, 2017 (train #71 Class III AC, Thai Railways) :
Thai railway network is very efficient. If you want views of passing countryside go 3rd class where you can slide the window down. 1st class is comfortable but the windows are tinted. Depending on train toilet very basic - expect no water! Booked all my tickets through 12Go - super efficient. I have booked all transport for Thailand / Cambodia thru this website and they have an office too.
★★★★★ Jan 20, 2017 (train #71 Class III AC, Thai Railways) :
Good seats, temperature OK and train on time.
★★★★★ Jan 13, 2017 (train #71 Class III AC, Thai Railways) :
Easy to book online, fast and easy to pick up tickets, comfortable seats on the train. Very good service! The train was a bit slow, but it was interesting to observe people and to enjoy the landscape
