On board, there was not available points to charge electrical devices (mobile, powerband, etc) Also, on the website, there wasn't able to choose sits or to know, before entering the train, where I could sit with my family.

We arrived safe and in time in Ayutthaya, however, we were seated on the rear bench, which were obviously not full-fledged seats, but gave almost no leg room. Furthermore, the shick absorbers/suspension of the mini van were almost not existent anymore, which made each bump of the road being directly transferred to our backs.

We left 5 min early because everyone was here! If you have big bags definitely consider get an extra seat because we had 2 big backpacks and we were pretty tight! Otherwise perfect!

Straightforward as always. The PDF I got from 12go.asia wasn't as detailed as it usually is (e.g. it didn't have the terminal location or details of the train station), but that's okay. The ticket definitely worked! Also, the PDF said that we needed a print out but I confirmed with Thailand's railway station that wasn't the case and a mobile ticket was fine.

Transportation service as expected. Reliable, on time. On the way back we appreciated being dropped off near a MRT station!

Small old dated average van, we were seated on the last seats in the back and i'd really not a lot of place. They should've put someone smaller. Also there is no trunk (as they or prefer to put 2 more seats at the back), so it was difficult to find a spot for our luggage.
