Passenger reviews out of total 665 passengers traveled with us on this route

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

★★★★☆ Apr 4, 2017 (bus Express, Sawadee Esan) :
Clean bus with good seats. I did miss the personal screens with usb charging possibility. And I did miss the massage seats from the bus I usually take to Chiang Mai. Nobody woke me up - the bus was in Udon at 4:30 instead of 6:30! Not sure I they would let me sleep and drive on.
★★★★★ Mar 23, 2017 (train #25 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Very smooth

★★★★★ Feb 4, 2017 (train #25 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
Very friendly and understanding staff, when I was so stressed . Got good information at office but also on the booking site. Only thing I can complain about; that You need my mobile number for booking. My mobile number is not in use while I travel, it's frozen and I don't see message sent to me. Makes troubles in a stressed situation. Want to be reached by mail only, which I can read from different devices. Maybe it could be enough with mailaddress?
★★★★★ Nov 1, 2016 (bus VIP, Budsarakham Tour) :
Is a long long way to udon thani city. But nice seat and nice sleep.Good driver and friendly staff.

★★☆☆☆ Oct 7, 2016 (bus VIP, Budsarakham Tour) :
Bus was late. Had cockroaches. We had to look for the steward 2 times to ask for head set. Wifi didnt work. Reached Udon Thani on time though. On the return trip. I realised I had booked my tickets wrongly. Instead of Udon Thani to Bankok, I had bought Bangkok to Udon Thani. Although it was written cancellable for a full refund till the time of the departure, 12go said I should have 3 days before. This was silly as I had only bought my ticket the night before. Lady at bus operator office in Udon Thani was kind enough to change our tickets at no fee. Again there was a flying cockroach. Tv has nothing in English. Reached on time. Will not use this service again.
★★★★☆ Sep 25, 2016 (bus Express, Budsarakham Tour) :
I arrived 90 minutes esrlier in Udon Thani than planned. The bus was nice, we got blankets and water

★★★☆☆ Jan 29, 2016 (bus Express, 407 Pattana) :
No room for my legs and uncomfortable seat otherwise a good run.
★★☆☆☆ Jan 4, 2016 (bus VIP, Rung Prasert) :
I was cery frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience! I arrived 3 hours behind schedule and was not offered any compensation. I was supposed to depart at 20 then was told 21 then 22 and didn't actually depart until 23. The bus was nice but freezing cold, the lights were on far too often, the driver was driving very slow and we made way too many stops for being a VIP.
★★★★★ Dec 24, 2015 (train #25 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Amazing service by 12go. Great communication, brilliant service and the trip was excellent. One tip is to tell first class passengers that there is a first class lounge. Thanks!
★★★★★ Dec 1, 2015 (train #25 Class II Ladies Only, Thai Railways) :
Very helpful staff, very clean, comfortable and peaceful- an all round good experience which I would not hesitate to recommend.
★★★☆☆ Dec 1, 2015 (train #25 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
The ticket booking services very good and the bed was ok
★★★★★ Nov 17, 2015 (train #75 Class III AC, Thai Railways) :
So so helpful! Wouldn't have been able to get a seat on the train if I'd waited to get them from the station. Really helpful and friendly staff too! Thank you so much
★★★☆☆ Oct 29, 2015 (train #25 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
Disappointed that we didn't get water, no wate paper bag, wash area wasn't as clean as we would have liked, toilets (wc, stand up) were clean, didn't try the shower which we only discovered too late,. Major issue was the air con vents, we needed to block them with plastic bags to reduce the hurricane force. The sheets and pillows were clean and fresh and the attendant and other staff were very presentable. The train journey was reasonably pleasant and it helped that the 1st class wagon was at the end of the train and away from the whistling. We did not try the food, and the tea we ordered didn't arrive. 12go service and staff were reliable and we'll use them again.
★★★★☆ Aug 10, 2015 (bus VIP, Rung Prasert) :
We left Bangkok and arrived Mahasarakham on time. It was a comfortable ride. Maybe it would be better if the leg rest could be raised a little higher. The headset on my seat is not working. But overall, it was a good service and great value for money.
★★★★★ Jul 6, 2015 (train #25 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways)
★★★★☆ Apr 3, 2015 (bus VIP, Rung Prasert) :
Too slow. I could be faster driving tuk tuk
★★★★☆ Mar 27, 2015 (bus VIP, Rung Prasert) :
Good service and facilities. Would help foreigners to ha ve English audio or subtitles on the movies. We were delayed arriving in Maha Sarakham about an hour though. But overall a good trip, I look forward to my next trip.
★★★★☆ Mar 16, 2015 (train #25 Class II Sleeper AC, Thai Railways) :
Excellent as always, however beds were "made-up" as soon as leaving Hua Lumphong train station which is a bit early and a bit of an inconvenience!
★★★★☆ Mar 13, 2015 (train #25 VIP Sleeper, Thai Railways) :
We travelled VIP first class. The train is basic, the food on the train is expensive but much better then the food at the station! Also it didn,t occur to me, but our unit faced back words. Which, well..if your like me. Could be a rough ride. I closed the blinds and the problem was solved.
