For a 13 hour bus trip it was fine. 1 stop for lunch. That’s it. The bus is old but overall clean, there’s aircon and toilet. You are getting what you are paying.

Bus doesn't provide anything as they said in web site , and service also very bad
Bus VIP 32, Transport Co (บริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด), Sep 2, 2020
This VIP bus was like 1st class on a flight. Individual booth-like seats (no seat-in-front-in-your-face) with button-operated seat adjustment, 220V power, water and snacks, and a break half way with an above-average table buffet. Would definitely travel this way again.
