Fue una experiencia increíble ! Profesionalidad 100%. Les llame por teléfono porque llega tarde a causa del tráfico, ellos me esperaron ya con todos los billetes y una merienda, el autobús muy cómodo y una perfecta combinación de Renfe y taxy hasta la puerta del hotel! Aconsejable 100 %

Muy buen servicio. Los tres medios de transporte (bus, ferry y traslado al hotel) salieron en el horario establecido y sin complicaciones. Los buses son cómodos y tienen cobija y almohada. El snack que viene incluido en el precio es prácticamente pan con mayonesa y tomate así que si pueden llevar algo más para el resto del trayecto estaría bien.

El bus muy cómodo. Pero muy frío. No entiendo cómo ponen tan alto el aire como para que la gente enferme. Llegamos en la hora indicada. El bus muy limpio y confortable. No daban comida, en los comentarios de otras personas decían que la comida estaba buena....pues no dan. Y el transfer a mi hotel muy caro 200 baths por 5km....

El viaje fue bien, el primer traslado antes de la hora prevista porque llegamos con antelación, igual que el segundo en el barco, pero el último traslado hasta el hotel se hizo un poco pesado porque el conductor no encontraba nuestro hotel y tuvimos que indicarle el camino nosotros con la ayuda de Google maps.

Better that what we expected. Check in 5.30. we left 18 o clock from their agency. Bus very confortable. Arrived to port 6.30 . There someone is waiting for you to go to the ferry.
The bus has toilet. Everyrhing perfect!

El ferry es muy viejo, olía un poco mal. El autobús llegó con más de media hora de retraso. La cena que nos dieron en la estación normal, una bandeja de arroz con pollo. El autobús relativamente cómodo. Los chóferes muy atentos. Hizo una parada de 10minutos en las 11 horas de viaje. Te dejan manta y cojín, los asientos son espaciosos y tienen USB para cargar el móvil.

They provided a meal upon departure, water, blanket and pillow. We had leg space and seats reclined. We made a pit stop halfway through at a good market and arrived in Bangkok an hour early.

I got picked up 2 hours earlier than necessary at my hostel (6 am) so I was waiting for my ferry for 2 hours. For the van ride from Surat Thani Pier to Khao Sok I was in three different vans - one of them was I changed on a highway. No information was giving on why I had to change

Good service. They provide blanket, pillow, water and chicken fried rice.
Try to get out asap of the ferry and check in the bus so you don't get the last seats (not very comfortable and you get the smell from the toilet)
