DJROS25 Super cómodo, una azafata se ocupa de tu bienestar. Asiento muy ancho con reposapiés elevable. Muy rápido, paradas breves en lugares limpios y tranquilos. Bolsa con zumo y un bollo de bienvenida. Compensa pagar la poca diferencia de precio con otros medios de transporte por lo llevadero que se hace el viaje.

UBALDO FEs nota que aquesta empresa són uns professionals de veritat. La recepció per comprovar el ticket ràpida i concisa. De seguida em varen dir el bus que era i què m'esperes a la zona amb aire acondicionat per si volia prendre alguna cosa ( però no era obligat consumir), molt còmode.
Quanfaltaven 10 minuts, vaig portar les maletes, i vaig pujar. L'autobús comodíssim, podies anar quasi estirat. I els dos conductors uns magnífics professionals. El bus tot i que fa una parada, porta lavabo.Tot molt net.
Vàrem arribar a l' hora indicada. Tornaria a contractar.

Tanja HNo hay mesas, reclinación de los asientos sólo un poco posible, mala comunicación Crew al huésped. Deberían avisarnos unos minutos antes de la parada de que íbamos a parar. En lugar de eso nos empujaron después de la parada. Mal nivel de inglés de la tripulación, mal comportamiento, viendo películas junto a los huéspedes sin auriculares. Sería más fácil escribir la dirección completa de recogida y devolución en el bono en lugar de "Ho-Chi-Minh City".

Diana CFABULOSO. Gran aire acondicionado. Asiento cómodo. Nos dieron un bocadillo gratis, agua gratis y café caliente gratis. Los cinturones de seguridad funcionaban y había un retrete que funcionaba a bordo. En el viaje de vuelta, cuando estaba esperando, se me cayeron 20.000 rieles. El personal lo recogió y me lo entregó. Súper honestos. La parada en Sihanoukville está un poco lejos de la estación del ferry. Pero el Grab sólo cuesta 6.900 riel. También la oficina al lado de Vet en Sihanoukville vende billetes de ferry. Así que si quieres ir directamente a las islas puedes arreglarlo allí. Sin problemas.

Kaylin WThe location for pickup was incorrect - old location, we were lucky our Grab driver knew where to go. The driver speaks loudly the whole way! He hoots constantly, mostly for no reason, overtakes a car/truck/bus/bike every opportunity he gets, even when unsafe. Someone's water bottle leaked on the floor and drenched my entire bag, this is obviously not the bus company's fault, accidents happen, but water was still running on the floor so I told the bus assistant. Instead of finding the source of the leak, he said sorry and handed me tissues. This was not a VIP experience at all, it was impossible to sleep over the bus drivers loud voice and constant hooting. I do not recommended this tour company, however, if you have no other choice, sit in the back of the bus as far away from the driver as possible and make sure you have some soundproof headphones. Bus arrived 30min early and was on time for pickup, hence 2 stars.

Sofia NVery comfortable journey and a great experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, explained everything and guided us through the border. Everything went smoothly, we departed on time, and the trip was very well organized. Food, drinks and coffee were provided during the journey, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
P.S. The only small issue was that it was quite cold inside due to the air conditioning. Blankets would be a nice addition for passengers who get cold.

The added snacks and coffee on the bus + their help at the border if customs get "tricky" has made me decide I'll likely keep using these guys form comfort on this long journey.

Grant PHad a great experience on the bus given complimentary water, croissant and a cup of coffee. The crew were friendly and helpful and spoke good english.
The bus was clean and modern with screens on the back of each seat with a USB port for charging. We were in Phnom Penh more or less on time.

Samuel Wwas a bit delayed by an hour, not the fault of the operator but one of the lads on the bus couldnt get through the border due to a soon expiring passport, situation was a bit vague and unclear as nothing was explained and the bus they initially drove off without him while his friends were still on the bus. Seemed to get sorted eventually and was otherwise smooth sailing. otherwise was fine and came with warm drinks, food, and water. toilets were nicer than any we've had in asia in the last 6 weeks and seats were super comfy

Rali Excellent transport Battambang to Phnom Penh in 21 seater bus. Luxurious, two drivers, one hostess, snack bag with bun & water. One stop of approx 25 minutes where food was available, v clean. Bus left late as waited for 2 passengers to arrive, but we still arrived in PP on time. We had 2 seats in row 1. Highly recommend. Easy to get a Grab at PP arrival station.

Helen HWe had a 1st class trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. It was a great price, comfortable adjustable seats, air con, snacks and a 20min stop. Although I slept a bit of the way it was really scenic serving through villages of Cambodia, would definitely recommend.

The whole journey looks like a flight but on a bus. You will have meals as well. Hannah SIt was a very comfortable ride. The staff were very helpful and gave instructions in English as well as Khmer. They even provided lunch, which was included. The bus was also very modern, so you could charge your devices. And, they had free WiFi.

Siem Reap to Phnom Penh is long but viet air bus provides very decent conditions of travel.
