Barato & Bueno no será Rápido. (p.ej. trenes VIP en Tailandia)
Rápido & Bueno no será Barato.

Beds are a tiny bit short for someone who is 6ft 4" (but this is to be expected). To help with space issues a shelf or some method of hanging bags (such as a hook) could be included in each bed. Apart from that, good driving and AC was maintained at a good temperature.

Overall travel was pretty standard... i got a regular bus with a steward.... Was given a crossiant & a small bottle of drinking water. Were reminded to keep our seatbelts on for safety purposes as well. Honking was a constant thing as the bus overtook slower vehicles & made them aware it was passing through. 3 stops in between; the 2nd being a 20min break for lunch. A bit tight there. Hardly had time to even take a puff after my meal... The other 2 stops were about 5mins for restrooms. The time saved at the stops enabled my bus to reach its destination roughly an hour ahead of schedule.

Interesting experience, slept intermittently. Advice to fellow travellers if over 6ft this might not be for you as I only just squeezed in. I would recommend not bringing very much hand luggage as there is no storage space so you need to effectively sleep on it or with it. Feedback to Giant Ibis would be to try improve on board storage. Water bottle holder, somewhere for phone to charge rather than hanging down on you so that you get caught up with wires when you turn. I was on top bunk so might be easier below. One driver very friendly the other one a bit grumpy.

Our trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh went very smoothly with Giant Ibis. The bus left exactly on time, so make sure you are at the bus station 30 min before departure. In the bus we got offered water and a snack, there were 3 stops including one stop for lunch. And the bus arrived one hour earlier than scheduled, which gave us some extra time to reach te airport (15 km away from busstation drop off, about 45 min with the tuktuk). Bus was in good condition, Wifi, airco, everything worked, I would recommend taking this bus!

Comfortable trip - sufficient stops and comfort breaks - baggage felt secure. Provided with water and a pastry at the start. Only one concern - conductor sat for the whole journey in a camping chair between the drivers at the front of the bus. This didn't seem safe to us. Also to note. Our ticket said we'd arrive at PP at 19.30, it was actually 18.30. Otherwise- a good journey at value cost.

An affordable and efficient way to get from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh (in my case). I would advise, though, that if you suffer from back problems or have long legs, either book an aisle seat where you can stretch your legs out or find an alternative way of travelling through Cambodia. The seats are - understandably - small. The staff are fantastic. I stupidly left my jacket at the lunch stop and it was put on the following bus so I could retrieve it at my final destination. Much appreciated!

Trip met my expectations. A challenging highway to travel on given it is lined with shops and is well travel by others. Expect frequent breaking and honking to alert others but unavoidable given all the people using the roadways.

Good everything, but we had 3 long (maybe too long) stops. 2nd was at the good cafe, but nobody told us about it and we bought junk in minimarts.

No information on seat allocation so told to sit in least preferred seats. Seats did not have enough leg-room and not high enough backs for taller passengers. Too many rest stops slowed journey.

On the 12Go ticket they give you the wrong departure location! The real place is Sivatha Blvd/Central Market Street, Lonely Planet and Google maps have the right info. Falscher Abfahrtsort ist im 12Go Asia Ticket aufgeführt! Der richtige Ort ist s.o.
Respuesta de 12Go:

Either location is usable as a departure point. All of the buses departing from Siem Reap start at the location given but many do not pass through the downtown area, hence why Mekong Express has instructed us to use this location as the departure point.

Good ride. Included delicious croissant and waters. Seats were comfortable. Arrived about an hour early. Only downside was wifi hotspot was unusable because it was so slow. If wifi wasn't advertised when we bought the tix I'd rate this 5 stars.

The bus departed on time. However, we are uneasy with the driver's behavior on the road. Going very fast and heavy breaking frequently which makes a little bit uncomfortable.

Driver will never win a Grand Prix. Driving at a reasonable speed we could easily have cut at least one hour off the journey. Apart from that bus was comfortable and nice and clean.

It was a very pleasant trip - very safe driver and we got to Phnom Penh on time. Only little issue there was no WiFi as promised.
