Inconvénients du voyage en bus

Thomas LLe voyage de Da Lat à Hoi An s’est très bien déroulé. Le bus était propre et confortable, même s’il s’agissait de couchettes individuelles, qui sont toutefois un peu étroites et offrent peu d’espace pour ranger un sac.
Nous sommes arrivés avec 2 h 30 d’avance. Notre départ avait été avancé de 30 minutes, mais finalement le bus est tout de même parti à l’heure initialement prévue.

Auxane BJ’ai voyagé en bus de nuit presque toutes mes vacances et celui ci avait la cabine la plus petite et la moins inclinée que j’ai eu pour le moment. Malgré le trajet de 10h, je n’ai pas pu dormir correctement. Les lits sont aussi très peu larges et il n’y a pas de place pour poser un sac. Il n’y a pas de toilettes dans le bus également. Par contre, en terme d’horaire et de temps de trajet c’était parfait.

Mélanie AJ’ai reçu un email le matin avec toutes les informations concernant le bus, bonne communication. J’ai voyagé avec un bus d’une trentaine de places, avec 3 rangées de lit. La cabine est étroite, mais c’est la configuration de ce type de bus. Pour plus de confort je conseille de prendre les bus avec une vingtaine de couchettes plutôt. Bouteille d’eau comprise et staff accueillant.

Montana DThe drivers were on time however rushed us getting onto the bus at 6:30 when we were due to leave at 7. When we were on the road, the drivers were talking very loudly to each other, and took phone calls on speaker, which prevented sleep. Drivers were honking while people were trying to sleep, and they took corners very fast which threw passengers around their bunks. We ended up arriving at 5am instead of 7am.

You don't need to book for the transfer to the main bus to leave, so why would you have to book for arrival

Jenna MI will say the management was really good. They contacted us to tell us where to go and where able to answer any questions. The waiting point in da lat was clean including the bathroom. The reason the review is low is due to the driving. The driver was driving super fast what meant we where getting thrown around a lot. It made my mum unable to sleep and my sister having bruises from being rocked around. Even with stops this resultef in is arriving at 5:30 rather then 7:00.

Imara-rose GMy overall experience was challenging with the bus service as I did not realize there would be only two bathroom stops for the entire journey and my sandals were stolen by a staff member on the bus. When I confronted the staff member to ask for my shoes to be returned, they denied and refused to assist with helping to find them. I recognize everyone is responsible for their own items however I had the shoes in a private space behind my seat. The bus driver smoked cigarettes while driving which made it hard to breathe. When I tried reaching out to the customer service channels, no one responded.

Silvana SI missed a professional communication between Viet Lao and 12go. The bus I paid for was fully booked. I had to take another one, but 12go continued to send information about the fully booked bus.
Oddly enough, whenever we book, we always get seats at the back of the bus, despite asking otherwise.

Carl FDriver was very loud and noisy, someone used a aircompressor to blow air all the time, playing very loud music so we who tried to sleep in the first rows was keept awake, staying several times for up to an hour so people could meet familymembers on the way, first 2,5h hours we only travelled 45km wich is ridicoulus, honking all the time also made it impossible too sleep, selling this trip as a vip and sleeper bus was false advertising, would not recommend to others and would not travel again with this company.

Ronny BWe arrived safely. However we do have the complaint that beds are flat at the top shelf (which they should be), not flat at the bottom, and in the last row at the bottom a seat is sold for a bed for the same price - which is not right and unacceptable.
Moreover my seat was not clean.
Drivers should be trained in what is called defensive driving. Guests want to sleep, it does not matter whether the trip takes 15min longer. Smooth driving without sudden breaks and honking is preferable.

Mridul GFirst of all, 12goasia asks me to pay a premium to get a cabin together for two people. Afterwards when I booked this premium cabin I go to the bus and the operator tells me that you have not directly booked with me and you've picked with the app. So we will not give you the seats that you want. We will give you the worst seats in the bus. So after paying more we ended up in two separate cabins and at the back of the bus where this this seats are not even flat. They are reclined like sofas and it was a horrible experience for a 12-hour journey. I reached out to the support team and they haven't responded to me yet.

Negatives- tiny! I’m 5ft2 and struggled with the space. The longest stop was poor (toilets were really dirty). The driving was relatively smooth until we got closer to da lat, he used his horn a lot then.

Oliver PBuses on time and the waiting area was a lovely cafe which we appreciated. However, the drivers were taking hairpin bends at the speed of light which meant you were constantly swaying around and banging your head for the last two/three hours of the trip. Also seemed we went off road at some points because the whole bus was getting launched into big potholes.

Danielle MThe newest and cleanest sleeper bus I took in Asia, the most professional company I travelled with. The guys were very very nice and polite. No overbooking, so no surprise passengers sleeping on the floor during the night. The driver and his assistant didn’t smoke during the ride, awesome!!!! The pillow and blanket were clean, they seamed anyways.
The sleepers are a little small for tall travellers.

Isabelle VThe bus was on time but the bus was earlier then expected, I booked a bus for 10.30 Pm with an arrival expected at 6am, but finaly the departure was at 10pm with an arrival at 4 am in the morning, I didn't expect to arrive this soon so hadn't booked any hotel to stay in during the night.
