Why we have to change the online booking in a paper ticket? It costs time! It is suggested to be 40 minutes before take off at the counter ? It should not be necessary.

Would have been excellent except my seat just faced a wall. Glad I didn't take business class, was a rough day, and having a background on boats, there is a lot more movement on top deck then there is on the lower deck. But trip was still good Well done 12Go

Had a nice exerpience as usual. However, too many passengers with excesive large luggage boarded without checking the oversized bags. Isles were not clear due to maximum occupancy and luggage everywhere.

Very smooth ride, great weather & visibility. Not the most comfortable seats and not really set up to walk around during the trip. Then again, no stress, no worries, baggage was fine. All-in-all, good relaxing and relatively quiet trip even tho we departed about 35 min later than scheduled.
