Brian Our driver was nice and made the best of the situation with heavy traffic. Our only complaint was the passenger side back side seatbelt was unusable, so I had to make the whole trip without wearing a seatbelt. Otherwise we were very happy with our choice.

Freddie SThe company messed up our booking, no one was there to pick us up when we arrived and we had to wait an hour after phoning the hotline.
When the driver arrived, it was clear he wasn’t expecting to have to do the journey and he was obviously being overworked because he was so tired. It was a very stressful journey because we were worried the driver would fall asleep and we arrived 2 and a half hours after we were expecting to. Wouldn’t recommend this company
