Juan ANos cambiaron la furgoneta “vip” por un viaje lineal en autobús cama. Y ni fue directo tuvimos que hacer escala en Phnom Penh durante una hora a las 6:00 AM después nos llevaron a buscar a las viajeros (una hora de ruta por la cuidad) la segunda furgoneta, no tenía espacio para todo el equipaje de los viajeros, y en la fotos parece confortable pero no lo es. Además en el peaje estuvieron discutiendo cómo 30 min y nos desviaron a un centro de control sin darnos ninguna explicación. Teníamos que haber llegado a al islas a las 11:30 y llegamos a las 13:00. Un desastre.

Rafal BTodo parecía ir bien al principio, pero acabamos llegando a Samloem 2 horas más tarde de lo indicado, esperamos más de 1 hora al ferry mientras otros barcos de otras empresas salían. En el embarcadero no había ni rastro de la empresa, todo el mundo parecía desorientado y tuvimos que preguntar. El ferry también fue primero a 2 embarcaderos de Koh Rong y luego paró en Samloem (el viaje en ferry duró en total más de 1,5 horas). Es posible que desee buscar por separado autobús y barco en lugar de pagar 45 $ para la transferencia sin problemas y la llegada a Samloem que usted no consigue (también este precio incluye billete de ida y vuelta por lo que tener esto en cuenta a la hora de volver)

Lucas SEl conductor era de lo mejor y las distintas personas de la compañía eran todas estupendas, pero los pasajeros que nos acompañaban eran unos irrespetuosos. Yvonne HMinivan muy cómoda y superlimpia de Sihanoukville a Phnom Penh con Wlan y aire acondicionado. Sólo éramos dos pasajeros. Cambiamos a un autobús en Phnom Penh, tuvimos que esperar una hora, lo que no supuso ningún problema. El autobús también era cómodo y con mucho espacio. En la frontera no sabíamos muy bien lo que estaba pasando, pero todo funcionó bien y se organizó para nosotros. No te preocupes si te quitan los pasaportes, te lo organizan todo. Llegamos a Ho Chi Minh con una hora de retraso debido al tiempo y al tráfico.
En general fue un buen viaje sin ningún aspecto negativo.

Jeffrey LThe first part was fine, but the second half from Phnom Penh to Seam Reap was the worst. I stuck in the back of the van where it was beyond cramped. That portion of the trip took over 6 hours, which might have been due to the multiple stops the driver made: I counted at least four restroom stops, not to mention the extra passenger drop offs.

Hannah KI booked my ticket so that I would arrive in Siem Reap for 7.30pm however when I reached my transfer in Phnom Penh they told me I would have to wait until 4.30pm for my bus meaning that I wouldn’t arrive until around 10pm. When I questioned this as there was an earlier bus leaving which would have got me to Siem Reap on time the employee just looked at me and laughed. There was no explanation as to why my arrival time was pushed back 2.5hrs and this caused a lot of stress as I was unsure if my hostel reception would still be open on my arrival. I understand that sometimes things change but to have someone laugh in my face and give no explanation was not acceptable in my eyes.

Moritz SAfter taking the boat we needed to waiting for 1.5 hours to get into the bus. After arriving in Phnom Penh we needed to change busses and needed to wait for another hour for it. So we arrived almost 2 hours later then expected and it was just because of the long waiting-times. The busses do not have any leg room if you’re a bit tall so it was not comfortable at all.

olivia Itook way longer than it said. went from sihanoukville to siem reap, it said 9 hrs but it was 12. we were in a decent sized mini bus to phenom penh but then they moved us to a tiny mini bus with not enough room for everyone and their bags. there were bugs in the bus too. the bus driver stopped every 20 minutes, even after everyone on the bus kept asking if he could just carry on driving because we were already late and he just laughed in our faces. wouldn’t recommend.

Kevin BWe paid a little more than we needed to because the transport was advertised as a “comfort minibus”, the photo also appeared to show a type of vehicle that we’ve been happy travelling on before. What we actually got was a regular minivan. I hate minivans, they are the worst kind of transport going for a long journey. They pack you in like sardines, they struggle to fit everybody’s luggage in, the seats are too close together and there is little leg room. In fact, if you end up in the row behind the driver, there is no leg room at all. They are ok for short journeys but are very uncomfortable for longer journeys. I would not have booked this had I known in advance.

nieztego Mixed experience. First part from Hcmc to pp went very smooth, all on time, stops exactly as promised, immigration went very quick also due to help from a driver. Second part from pp to Sihanouk not so good, i was placed in a van and waited there for about an hour until other passengers arrived. We had a substantial delay (1.5 h) and the driver drove very dangerously for about 30 minutes.

Helga MWe travellel from Sihanoukville to PhnomPen . We departed on time and arrived on time as well. The driver drove well, the minibus was comfortable, and the air conditioning was working. There was also a stop where we could use the restroom or buy food and water. I recommend it!

Aksel RFirstly our driver almost fell asleep several times on the way, as he swerved across the road multiple times. We had to wake him up and keep him awake for the whole trip, which was really scary as we feared for our lives.
Secondly our ferry didn’t go our destination at Sok San. It only sailed to Long Set Pier, which is on the opposite site of the island. They said it was the mistake of 12GO as their company didn’t sail to that port. Therefore we had to catch a taxi to get us across the island which costed 20 USD and a lot of trouble.

Kitti NI had a very good experience traveling from Phnom Penh to Koh Ron Sanloem. It was a very smooth ride, was perfectly organized, we even departed a bit earlier because everyone was there in time. The drivers were super nice, the van had an AC, the ferry departed just in time and we got there as planned. Could only recommend!
