LARA RTeníamos reservado el servicio con otra compañía y nos canceló el día anterior. Reservamos un día antes del viaje y a pesar de tener clientes con diferentes destinos hicieron todo lo posible para dejarnos en nuestro destino. Incluso llegamos antes de la hora acordada. Nos dejaron en un punto intermedio y ahí nos recogió otro vehículo que nos llevó a nuestro hotel. Recomendaría 100% viajar con ellos.

Andrea DLa recogida fue muy puntual, pero cuando estábamos en la van (espectacular por cierto, súper limpia y cómoda) la chica que gestiona el transporte nos llamó y nos dijo que nos cancelaban el ferry por el temporal y nos ayudó mucho para conseguir solucionar nuestro problema. Fue muy amable, nos dio su número de teléfono para hablar con ella por WhatsApp y que nos ayudara en todo momento. Muchas gracias.

Anna KThe travel itself was really nice and smooth. There was, however, confusion about the meeting point for our transfer. The adress was inaccesable when found through the google maps. We wrote an email and a whatsapp message and the intructuons did not help us find the location. In the end, we were told that they will pick us up at the hotel, which was nice, but it would be less stressfull, if there were clear and truthful information about the meeting point beforehand.

That surprised me, I booked this operator (not the cheapest one) just because of quick travel and without any notice, the ETA changed with 2hrs.

Hana MThe Ferry from Koh Samui to Krabi was excellent and on time. Once we arrived at the pier in Krabi we were confused on where to go to wait for our hotel transfer and poorly directed. We waited over 2 hours past the expected time for our transfer to our hotel in Ao Nang. Multiple other people waited just as long. When we talked to staff members everyone told us a different thing. The whole thing felt very chaotic and disorganized which is too bad because it has potential to be great

Maxim DUnorganized. After the ferry we had to wait for more than 1 hour to be able to get in the van. Hotel Transfer can be super unlucky. First hotel was 3 minutes away from our hotel, but the driver decided to go the other way around and let everybody else out and go the long route so we had to wait another 40 minutes. In total delay of 2 hours. Van had AC, was comfortable, fast driver.

However, we won't recommend the minibus company as we were really afraid. Longest three hours of our life. Was it a Mariokart race ? Maybe. The bus driver was driving so fast and was at the phone at the same time. Sometimes, it felt like he was going to fall asleep.
We'll give a two stars note because it's a miracle we didn't die lol.

The whole journey was seamless, even though we were initially unsure about our pickup point.
When I sent my location, the team came straight to us. They were extremely helpful, polite, and clearly wanted to work with us to make everything easy.
It was honestly the best experience we've had during our time in Thailand.
