Alena MTienen unas oficinas muy bonitas y limpias donde puedes comprar los billetes tú mismo incluso a través de una máquina expendedora. Salimos a tiempo y llegamos incluso antes de lo esperado. Lo único - no hay suficiente espacio para 4 personas en la última fila si son europeos. Excepto esto, todo fue suave y agradable

El sistema de reservas reservó los asientos en el primer intento y como yo había cometido un error, los asientos se atascaron en el proceso de reserva. Esto significa que en el segundo intento, no fue posible conseguir los mismos asientos. Tuve que buscar una solución para poder volver a conseguir los mismos asientos. Una solución sería genial.

Michael TComo no soy camboyano, te llevan a su oficina mientras que los demás parecen tener una parada preferente. Gracias a la aplicación de mapas, pude bajarme antes que otra persona, mucho más cerca de mi hotel. Al final, todos nos bajamos del autobús cuando aún quedaban unos 3 km para llegar a la meta prevista. En cuanto al viaje, los asientos y el autobús eran agradables, pero puede resultar incómodo si llevas la maleta demasiado llena. El viaje fue tranquilo y llegamos a tiempo.

Natelly LEl conductor era simpático, lo único que me encantaría que cambiara es que el conductor dijera al pasajero dónde está cada parada. El solo hace las paradas y le dice al pasajero cuanto tiempo van a parar y eso es todo. Me gustaría saber donde estábamos y la siguiente parada, creo que sería muy útil. Gracias

Erin SReservé un minibús de Phnom Phen a Siem Reap para las 11 de la mañana. Llegué a la estación de autobuses y me dijeron que no había minibuses durante dos horas. Una persona dijo que había problemas con los autobuses, otra que era por el tráfico. Sin embargo, podía coger un autobús grande, que casualmente salía pronto. Los autobuses grandes son más baratos que los minibuses. Cuando se lo indiqué, me dijeron que costaban lo mismo, lo cual era mentira. Justo cuando estábamos a punto de salir (casi una hora después de la salida que yo había reservado), se detiene un minibús. Pregunté si ese iba a Siem Reap pronto, me dijeron que no había minibuses hasta dentro de una o dos horas. Así que me aguanté y cogí el autobús grande. Mientras conducíamos, ese mismo minibús (nº 113) nos adelantó en la carretera y estaba en la estación de autobuses de Siem Reap cuando llegamos. Me mintieron numerosas veces. Reservé con ellos específicamente porque quería un minibús y poder elegir mi asiento. Lo que significa que acabé pagando más y sin obtener nada a cambio. Si hubiera querido un autobús grande, lo habría reservado. Todo este asunto me hizo sentir que esta empresa sólo está intentando estafar a la gente. No lo recomendaría.

Sven DTodo a tiempo. Llegamos incluso 20 Minutos antes. 2 paradas en el viaje. 1x 20min en un restaurante y 1x 10min para ir al baño.
Mi consejo es que reserves un asiento, de lo contrario te sentarás entre 2 personas y será difícil dormir.
Sólo tienen coches Mercedes, eso es buena señal. De todas formas, después de 6 horas en un monovolumen por la carretera de Camboya, nunca tendrás miedo de entrar en un avión.

Letizia RBrand new bus, modern and very clean, the trip was safe and silent. The beds are comfortable and enough spacious to have a nice rest (but could be a bit short of you are taller than 175cm), each seat provide a pillow, blanket, water, snack and toothbrush. A toilet is available on the bus for the customer. Highly recommended, I would book it again.

Kseniya BProbably best sleeper bus that I've ever seen. Super clean, on time (even arrived 30min earlier to the destination), WC in the bus, decent waiting areas both in Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. But take warm clothes with you. I had a jacket, but froze my ass off in my thin summer pants.

Marta KThis was an amazing ride. The bus was clean and modern, I slept like a baby for 9 full hours. They provided water and a set of toiletries.
The only thing that was a bit messed up was the ticket system - initially I was put to a double bed with some strange woman and my husband - with some strange man, but we eventually manager to get a bed together. We also had sleeping bags, and it was a good idea, because the AC was turned up so much that just a blanket they provide wasn't enough.

Henriette RReally good bus for a nightbus. The busses appears new. It is very nice and clean. You get a clean pillow and a newly washed blanket. Good space. Staff are friendly. The bus had a toilet. Don't know how many stops, because I slept almost the whole way. The left on time and arrived a bit early. You could control your own aircon. Would recommend keeping it cool, and wearing long pants, because of the material on the bed, my legs got sticky and stuck to the bed, but no problem after I put on pants. They even provided a little kit with a little water bottle, toothbrush, toothpaste and a wetwipe.

Yasmine VI was using this bus to travel from Phnom Penh to siem reap as a solo female traveller. Would definitely recommend. Just bring your own snacks and toilet paper. The store clerks will upcharge you or try and give you the wrong change for being a foreigner and the washrooms at the pit stops don’t have toilet paper.

Yasmine VI (24, female, solo traveller, Canadian), took this bus to siem reap and it was great! Would recommend if you want to go to siem reap from Phnom Penh. I would recommend bringing a roll of toilet paper as the bathroom pit stops don’t have any and bring your own snacks because the cashier at one of the stops tried to short me my change.

As they usually have: a waiting room with luggage storage so that you can bring your bags during the day and still go exploring until the bus leaves.

Filip LThis bus ride was super comfortable. The waiting hall in Sihanoukville was massive, and it had seating area with charging ports. There were 2 competent drivers, and they were both blessed and passed a breathalyzer before boarding the bus. They provided cold water and toothbrush on board. We arrived an hour earlier than expected.
Beware that 2/3 seats are in a shared double-bed compartment, so if you travel alone, you might want to make sure, you get a single bed.

Audrey LThe bus may have been only 30 minutes late but when we arrived they only told us to wait. No more explanation and after having waited 1h, they changed the time on the bus sign from 10 to 10h30 as if nothing was wrong.
Also, I can understand if the driver doesn't speak english, but when the van stopped for a break, the driver didn't even look at my friend and i told everyone else something in Khmer. We didnt know if it was a lunch break because it was noon or if it was a 5 min break. And the people at the stop were rude to us as well. So no, didn't really feel welcome at all. The air conditioning on top of me was also broken so i couldn't control it and got cold.
Still, they got us from point A to point B but it was an unconfortable ride both physically and mentally.
