Al comprar los billetes a través de 12go Asia nos informaron de que habría aperitivos, comida, aseos, aire acondicionado y televisión en el autobús. The driver was really speeding. And the hostess just rattled her story which was not completely obvious for the tourists on board. She told us that it was absolutely forbidden to eat but she ate a sweet herself.

We have been contacted right after booking the bus personally by WhatsApp and didn’t have to go to the bus station. The bus adapts to the time of the arrival of the jetty from the islands. Our worries to miss the bus were completely unnecessary. We were picked up at the Mersing jetty. The bus was very comfortable and modern. And after unexpected unlucky events after the trip leaving the bus to move on to the next destination, the manager even offered to come and help driving for hours if we can’t manage to solve it ourselves. I haven't met so many people so unbelievably helpful and caring. It was absolutely not his business at all but he offered this very generous help wil never forget this.

It was difficult to find the meeting place. The voucher said to meet at the place one hour before, so I arrived one hour before. Trip was very nice. We departed and arrived on time. Bus was clean and comfy. Bus driver was friendly. Support from KKKL Express via WhatsApp was extremely good and proactive. Border crossing also went smoothly except that we didn’t know in which bay the bus is waiting for us after crossing the border, but we managed to find it in time and rather quick.

Very luxurious with nice food included, as well as WiFi, TV and plenty of leg room. Not much luggage space though.

Comfortable bus with airconditioning and recliner seats. Was perfectly on time. Helpful staff at the TBS Kuala Lumpur station to help us claim our online tickets. Come 30mins in advance.

Very good. Trip from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, which took approximately 5 hours was smooth and comfortable. Temperature was ok. USB available for charging phone was available bit not working.
