The van driver from Khao Sok to Surat Thani seemed to make an excessive amount of stops and sometimes not even picking up passengers, this delayed our arrival into Surat Thani and then he drove recklessly to get us to Surat Thani on time. We then had another driver from Surat Thani to the pier who drove at excessive speed and had some close calls with other vehicles which just made it unpleasant

Everything went smoothly. We departed 15 min late but be on the Surat Thani bus station on time. There we changed bus which transferred us to the ferry pier. Toilets on Khao Sok costs 5 baht, in Surat Thani was free.

Trip ok, on ship there is a bar where you can buy some food (afordable prices), there is restrooms and air conditioned area.
