Autobús limpio y cómodo. Un poco estrecho pero se está bien. El wifi dejó de funcionar a las 23:00 y me dormí. Hay para cargar móvil con USB en algunos sitios (en otros está roto). Son 3 filas de asientos.

Horrible experience. The bus was overbooked so we were asked to share one cabin despite booking and paying for two cabins - this was for a 17 hour bus ride!! The bus also smelt terrible, it stank of cigarettes. The bus was really loud, with people talking on phones and listening to music out loud until 4am. And finally when we arrived near the city we were supposed to be picked up by a minibus/car to take us to our final destination (as stated in the tickets we bought) however they dropped us off in the middle of no where and told us to figure it out ourselves. A really bad trip, I would not recommend at all.

Loved the private cabin! It’s small but comfortable. I could sleep, watch Netflix, and just chill. The ride was long, but I arrived rested. Would book again next time.

Really good value for money. The VIP 20 bus gives you privacy, comfort, and a peaceful trip. Staff were polite, and the bus arrived on time. I’d recommend it to anyone traveling to Ho Chi Minh

Such a comfortable way to travel! The bed was soft, the AC was cool, and the staff were helpful even though their English was limited. Totally recommend the VIP 20 bus

On the plus side, transport was on time, comfort was decent.
On the minus side, some people were sleeping in the alley of the bus, we could smell some cigarette, and one of the crew member checking the ticket was extremely unfriendly and rude. The others were very nice though. In addition, we were dropped somewhere in the outskirts of the city and had to take a taxi for 30min.
All in all, other bus companies such as HK offer a much better service for the same price.
