The worst travel we had in Thailand. Paid way too much to be put in two crappy and filthy vans who arrived 2 hours late because of stopping several times to pick up packages. Would NOT recommend. Could have taken a 3 hour GRAB instead.

I never received the SMS I paid 57 baht for. The driver did not have my cell phone number because 12go didn’t give it to him. We had no idea if a car was going to meet us because we never received any information after purchasing online. Lucky we found the driver who had no idea who we were and didn’t have my cell number. Driver did an awesome job but better communication needed from 12go.

I got on the wrong carriage and seat. So after 15 mins the conductor asked me to move to carriage no3. I had to walk through 2 carriage doors as the train was travelling at FULL SPEED which stated! NO ENTRY, and do not pass as dangerous! I thought he would of let me stay in the carriage until it stopped at the next station.

Really easy service provided arrived at other bus station to change over and bus was waiting immediately to board next leg ( even though he said may be hour wait ) ordered ticket online arrived at office and boarded

Before finalising the booking it isn't clear that you have to change vans in Prachuap Khiri Khan. The van from Chumphon was modern, well maintained, air-conditioned and punctual. We started off with 3 persons aboard but picked up locals on the way, so the van was full by the time we arrived in Prachuap Khiri Khan. There I, and some other travellers as well, had to argue about the ticket price to Hua Hin having been paid online already as they tried to charge us another 100 THB per person. The van we changed to was a bit of a shock as it was old and battered, ripped seats, no seatbelts, rattling ceiling vans. Same as with the other one we collected and dropped off locals on the way, like a public bus. Finally the driver made us get off at Market Village in Hua Hin, which was not the location quoted. The van was about 1 hour late, too. All in all a mixed experience as the first half of the ride was quite good, while the rest wasn't.

It was discovery. My first time. People come in and out. Luggage come in and out. The drivers drove safe, thats important. We were more than 5 hours in the car. The car was a little bit old.
