Fue una buena experiencia, fuimos de Ninh Binh a Hue en autobús nocturno. Las cabinas son bastante cómodas para ser un autobús. Eso sí, ve abrigado porque hace frío con el aire acondicionado.

En lugar de ir a la estación en la dirección de Hue indicada claramente varias veces en la reserva (7 Doi Cung) nos detuvimos en medio de la nada y nos dijeron que ésta era la parada final. Estaba a más de 3 km de la dirección de destino indicada en el billete. Varias personas se quejaron, pero se limitaron a decirnos "no nos importa, si no les gusta pueden llamar a la línea directa". Hicieron caso omiso de nuestras peticiones de transporte a la ciudad. Acabé teniendo que pagar un Grab de mi bolsillo y tuve que esperar más de una hora porque era tan temprano que casi no había conductores.
Además, el autobús era muy estrecho y las camas demasiado estrechas para un hombre europeo de tamaño medio (1,70 m) y eso ya con la opción más cara de "cabina local".
Tengo que decir que rara vez dejo malas críticas y estoy acostumbrado a muchas cuando viajo, pero dejar a los pasajeros varados en un lugar distinto al que habían reservado no sólo es un servicio al cliente horrible, sino que en un país extranjero para viajeros en solitario (especialmente mujeres) puede ser incluso peligroso. Muy imprudente.

Instead of going to the station at the address in Hue clearly stated several times in the booking (7 Doi Cung) we stopped in the middle of nowhere and were told this was the final stop. It was over 3km away from the destination address stated in the ticket. Several people complained but they just told us “we don’t care, if you don’t like it you can call the hotline”. Our demands to provide transportation to the city were ignored. I ended up having to pay for a Grab out of my own pocket and had to wait over an hour because it was so early in the morning that there were almost no drivers.
Additionally, the bus was very cramped and the beds too narrow for an average size European man (5’11) and that is already with the more expensive “local cabin” option.
I have to say that I rarely leave bad reviews and I am used to a lot when traveling, but leaving passengers stranded somewhere other than they had booked is not only horrible customer service but in a foreign country for solo travelers (especially female) can potentially even be dangerous. Very reckless.

Los camarotes estaban bien, pero no había aseos en el autobús (cuando hicimos la reserva, ponía que había uno). Y no había snack como habíamos reservado.

El autobús estaba en buenas condiciones, pero las camas eran muy pequeñas e incómodas. No soy alto, pero no era capaz de tumbarme. Había hombres durmiendo en el suelo y no se movían para que pudiéramos entrar en nuestra litera. Literalmente tuvimos que caminar sobre ellos. Una forma fácil y rápida de recorrer un largo camino en Vietnam, pero definitivamente no es cómodo.

The bus was in fine condition but the beds were so small and uncomfortable. I’m not tall, but I wasn’t able to lie down. There were men sleeping in the floor and they wouldn’t move so we could get in to our bunk. We literally had to walk on them. horrible, al llegar 30 minutos antes de la hora prevista, una chica joven me ordenó subir a un taxi luego nos llevó a una carretera de alta velocidad donde nos dijeron que subiéramos inmediatamente (todo el asunto tenía pinta de secuestro). llegamos en el autobús, literas sin cortinas y dobles, oxidadas, sin enchufe ni puerto usb, la luz no funcionaba, no vale para nada el precio....

The Bus started more than 1 hr late, and it wasn’t even the bus and the cabin we had paid for. We had booked the most expensive double cabin on a king express bus, what we got was a normal single cabin in a queens bus which would have cost half of the price. We contacted 12Goasia customer service but no answer yet

The driver didn’t stop for a toilet break for 10 HOURS!! I don’t know how everyone made it through but I sat there dehydrated and thankfully slept to ignore that fact. I heard a man literally begging to go outside to smoke while the driver stopped for few minutes but they denied anyone to leave. Inhumane and unacceptable. The only good thing, the bus was on time. If you want to book with this company, don’t drink anything before the ride if you want to survive

Typical Vietnamese bus trip…
Bus came late, driver was a CRAZY fker, drove so fast we arrived 3H ahead of schedule. Not good here on a sleeper bus as we arrived in the middle of the night without any sleep.
And service is so poor as usual, guys rushing you out of the bus, throwing your bags and overall not giving a sht… what you’ll get in this country!
