Es el autobús más limpio en el que nos hemos subido. Los asientos eran cómodos y no se veía nada roto. A demás, se hicieron las paradas óptimas durante el viaje, en nuestro caso fue para cenar algo. A demás, el autobús disponía de WC, que es un puntazo.

La conducción bastante agresiva y movida con frenazos bruscos constantes. Hicieron 5 paradas para cargar mas cosas en el maletero del autobús sin avisar de nada, llegamos con casi 1 hora de retraso. El autobús un poco viejo. El personal de la oficina de Sapa bastante seco y nada comunicador. Cada vez que llegábamos a alguna parada establecida aunque supieran que no se iba a bajar nadie ponían la música de titanic a alto volumen y distorsionada que ni dejaba escuchar el mensaje que informaba de la parada. Si necesitas hacer este tipo de desplazamientos mucho mas recomendable HK BUSLINE, mejor organizados, mas amables y mejores autobuses.

Muy conforme, la atención fue buena, llegue temprano y en la oficina tienen un pequeño brunch donde puedes tomar café o servirte algo, cuando el horario llega te van a buscar en una van para dejarte en el lugar donde se encuentra el bus que s muy cómodo, tienes que sacarte los zapatos y ponerlos en una bolsa, no se puede comer en el bus, tiene patr cargar celulares y cuando llegue a mi destino me trasladaron gratis a mi hotel en Sapa

La recogida en el aeropuerto puntual, luego nos llevaron a la zona de espera del autobús que está bastante descuidada. El personal no es muy agradable. La cama no es muy confortable, en Vietnam he viajado en otros autobuses cama que están mucho mejor.

At the waiting point there was everything; snacks, toilet, drinks and a place to chill. The bus was good, but didn’t like that we couldn’t eat on it. The drivers and other people were very loud. They didn't take into account the passengers who wanted to sleep. There were also a lot of random stops in the traffic jam. As a result, we arrived an hour later instead of half an hour later. When we were dropped off, everything had to happen really fast. I didn't find them friendly or accommodating. A plus is that there was a toilet on the bus.

The journey departed on time, although the trip to Sapa took longer than advertised. Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and safe ride, and the staff were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout. There are, however, a few areas for improvement. Wi-Fi would be a welcome addition, the bathroom should have running water, and the blankets could be cleaner. The LCD entertainment screen was also not working during the journey. In addition, the ticket showed the wrong departure address in Hanoi, which caused unnecessary confusion. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and with a few improvements, this would be an excellent transport service

My journey from Hanoi to Sa Pa with Sao Viet was very good. The driver was punctual, and I was satisfied with the overall service. During one of the rest stops, I got off the bus for a few minutes. Even though it was time to leave, the driver kindly allowed me a little extra time to buy a snack and waited for me. I really appreciated that gesture. The 6-hour journey was comfortable, we arrived on time, and everything went smoothly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this company.

the wifi was not working and the air conditioning was not functioning, in a 7 hours trip and 35 degrees outside it’s just very bad. We also arrived with an hour and a half of delay compared to when we were supposed to.

Took Sao bus. Driver was noisy, always on his phone. It was a night bus, he could have been more considerate since passengers were trying to sleep. This seems to be a frequent complaint amongst passengers. Additionally cabin was not very clean. Will not recommend this bus company.

The organisers communicated well when I arrived to the pickup spot letting me know of the check in process and etc, the bus was on-time, the bus was clean, along the trip the driver communicated with us clearly and as necessary. Hoooray!!

The bus was on time. The cabin and toilet were is incredibly clean. Ho Chi Minh would be proud. And it was very simple to change our time to earlier. Thank you.

The final destination is not 114 Tran Nhat Duat. The voucher that they emailed us is 110 Tran Nhat Duat. Eventually they changed to 16 Tran Nhat Duat on the spot. So many misunderstanding because nobody speaks English. We got yelled at when we did not got off at 16 Tran Nhat Duat because of some miscommunication. Not a good experience but the bus is comfortable.

Great 1st experience on a sleepers cabin bus

I would not recommend this service for Hanoi-Sapa. The driving was erratic and we were flung about in our cabins for the entire drive even when on straight main roads. We made several stops for seemingly no reason. The chargers in our (2) cabins didn’t work. The journey was nearly an hour longer than advertised. The was an unpleasant smell of rotting fruit in the air. The driver was constantly and excessively honking the horn so sleep wasn’t really possible.

They said they sent me an email about my bus leaving 15 minutes early. Yet I was never sent the email. Meanwhile there was a bus leaving at my original time with only 3 people on it to the same place. Staff were rude, ripped my bag off my back. Taken many buses in Vietnam and none were even close to this bad.
