Daria KEverything was fine. Small delay of 1,5h but comfortable seats and darkness for a better sleep

Gaelle MSupposed to be "VIP bus" so I was expecting a bus with only 3 seats per row, where you can recline the seat to almost 180°. But the nightbus from Surat Thani to Bangkok was not so confortable...

Reza FWhen I bought the ticket, they didn't mention that 4 hours of the trip is by an old minibus, with very very uncomfortable seats from Ao nang to krabi and then to Surat Thani. And after Surat Thani we traveled by big bus, which was not very comfortable either.

Ashish DDuring the journey seats were vibrating and bumpy. Unable to sleep. Got neck pain. The blankets were too dirty to use.
No wifi, no water provided
Overall horrible experience

Monika The communication was bad. No one told me that I was picked up 30 min earlier at my pick up location. I got lucky that I came back 30 min earlier to my hotel. The pick up driver was already waiting for me. He drove me to in office in krabi where we had to wait 45 min for the next van. They van drove us to Surat thani. There we had to wait another 30 min for the bus which drove us finally to Bangkok. The staff were not very friendly and helpful. The bus was average even so I had booked the VIP ticket. We didn't got any drinks and the food we've got at midnight was also average. I wouldn't booked the VIP ticket again as it's not much more than the standard ticket.

Cessali I understand that time cannot be guaranteed with this service, but the overall experience was quite distressing. We were told we would be picked up from our hotel by bus, we assumed this meant we would have a direct trip to Bangkok. But actually it ended up being multiple stops and lots of waiting time in between our journey. someone came and picked us up in his car and said we could wait in his office (~30 minute drive). He was nice but the office was very hot and we ended up waiting for almost 2 hours - after arriving with no update on when the bus would arrive. Finally a van drove up and they rushed us on, the driver drove erratically - pedal to the floor, for 2.5 hours straight, driver seemed irritated ans also yelled at me for rustling a bag lol. Finally we were dropped off at another location, where waited almost an hour before the bus arrived before leaving for Bangkok. About 2 hours outside Bangkok, we incurred a flat around 5 AM- which after a long wait for someone to arrive, took a bit of time before we were back on the road. Overall this trip took way too long even with the warnings about time not guaranteed, had we known it would not be a “straight shot” to Bangkok we would not have booked.
