Horrible. The person who “welcomed” while we were entering the bus was absolutely rude. No smile no help, screaming at us. It was already wrong. At the Laos costums, nobody helped us, pointing everywhere and leaving us clueless. The best part? The bus left us there. With no internet, no help, no care. The costums were taking their time and we were not able to take the bus to continue the travel THAT WE PAYED FOR!!! We wasted much time there in the hot temperatures with taxi-man harassing us to pays for their service while we tried to figure out our life… I finally had to pay 600 000 kit for a taxi to bring us at our hostel (an hour drive) I paid in double, I was mad and I felt really insecure.

Be prepared to be left at the border. I already had my visa and my digital arrival card completed days before, but wasn’t able to get through customs in 15 minutes so the bus left me.

Wrong Information about the terminal number,we arrived according to the Information be given at 10am ,the bus arrived 10.45am.Bookin on the terminal is less then half price.
