2 veces he reservado el tren Vientián Vang Vieng y Vang Vieng Luang Prabang y las 2veces ha cambiado la hora, retrasado varias horas. Estos trenes están llenos de chinos.

Such a scam. It said it would pick me up at the hostel. They didn't. And they charged me ~17$ for a train ticket that would have cost only 7$ on the official booking app. I only opted for them because they (claimed to) included a pick up and because it seemed as if the tickets on the official app (LCR) were sold out.

We booked by mistake a day too late (24.01. instead of 23.01 ). We asked directly after the (wrong) booking by mail to change the date and already got the confirmation by mail that the date will be changed from 24. to 23. Afterwards we had to book again (double payment!) because after 20 mails they told us they have today (23.01.) no driver. The second booking for 23.01. was horrible. We booked an SUV and a van came to pick us up from the hotel. The driver made two breaks over the first 2 1/2hours - in total app. 0,5h. He was nearly all the time on the mobile phone, calling, chatting, facebook. After approximately 2 1/2h we had to change the car and driver. In total the whole trip took us around 7h - in the system for booking you are offering 4h for the money. No recommendation.

On the 16th, I booked a train ticket on your platform for travel from Vang Vieng to Luang Prabang on the 18th. Your platform showed that my booking had been confirmed, but also stated that I still needed to wait for further confirmation from your platform, and that the booking would only be considered confirmed once the e-ticket was issued. My hotel in Luang Prabang for the 18th had already been confirmed and could not be rescheduled. However, until the afternoon of the 17th, I was unable to contact your company at all, including searching online for a contact phone number. I sent emails to you, but your replies were vague and unhelpful. As a last resort, I went directly to Vang Vieng train station to check the email confirmation you sent me. After checking, my name and booking could not be found in the system. With no other option, I had to book a minibus early the next morning to reach my destination. I lost the money I paid for the train ticket and still had to endure a 7-hour bus ride. I sincerely urge your company: if you do not have the capability to confirm train tickets immediately after customers have paid, please do not sell them. As for how reasonable it is to send a “re-confirmation” at a later time, please assess this yourselves. Finally, please do not send me any further emails. I do not wish my mailbox to be treated as a trash bin. Thank you.
