Arrived on time, bus left 45 minutes later. This seemed planned, no idea why, the bus was there. The locals don’t have much idea about the tickets sold by 12Go, but if you go inside to the ticket counter they will help you. The bus ride was the worst of my life. Expect 4h30 (not 4) of being thrown left and right without pause. There is no other way tho.

They announced that the trip was 4 hours but we took 6 hours. We waited 1 hour at the bus station. When we arrived in Nong Khiaw they left us in a different place than advertised and if we wanted to go somewhere else we had to pay for a taxi.

We were a bit squeezes in the mini van. No s’est left - optimisation all the time. A bit late but this is life here in Laos. If you contact them by WhatsApp, they try to answer asap, this is priceless

The bus was not the same as the one advertised. They crammed 17 of us into a 15 seater van. A man had to sit beside me on a cushion for the 5 hour Journey. It was horrible. 45 minutes late picking us up in a tuk tuk. This was overcrowded too, two people had to stand hanging off the back of the tuk tuk.

The driver was really nice. Of course the road is terrible so it was difficult drive. We didn't leave Luang Prabang until 1 hour after pick up. Can I suggest you are more honest about the journey times. It is not 4 hours!! On that road it's at least 6. I would rather know the true time .

Problem with the minivan. We went to a garage to change a piece of the wheel so we waited for hours there with no other solution. We arrived at Nong Khiaw 3 hours late.
