It was late then stopped at a service station with no explanation and we had to wait for the driver for too long. We all had to get off at Melaka Central but we had requested to be dropped off at the Medical centre when we booked the tickets.

Ticketing Experience Purchasing the ticket was smooth and pleasant—absolutely no issues. I’d give that part a solid 5 stars. Bus Journey Issues Unfortunately, the actual journey was far less impressive. The bus departed an hour and a half late, and the bus number didn’t match the one printed on my ticket. Throughout the ride, the driver was constantly on the phone. I couldn’t tell whether he was using a hands-free device or holding the phone directly. Passenger Confusion One troubling incident involved a lady who had a ticket to Larkin Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru. She was somehow directed onto our bus, which was headed to Melaka. When we arrived at Melaka Sentral around 9 PM, she was visibly confused and insisted her ticket was for Johor Bahru. The driver had no idea how to respond, and I still don’t know how she was supposed to reach JB from there.
