Ingrid SFueron puntuales. Pensábamos que sería un autobús normal, pero era un monovolumen. El conductor fue super rápido hasta el destino. Una vez allí tuvimos que esperar cerca de una hora para que nos recogieran del barco, así que quizás no es necesario salir tan temprano por la mañana; pero supongo que lo hacen por si hay algún atasco.

Marie PWe booked an express transfert 3h30 (it was written on the voucher) and in reality it was 6h : we leaved Kuala Tahan at 10h30 with 30 minutes late, a stop of one hour in Jerantut and several stops between Jerantut and Tanah Rata

Marcel The trip time shown on the 12Go app was not correct. Arrival on my booking confirmation was 13:24 at Tanah Rata. However we arrived at around 16:00. Not due to late departure or traffic jam but because of a long stop in Jerantut. The bus operator on its website mentions the stop but 12go app not.
