Bus left on time, arrived on time. We didn't get any free water unfortunately, the bus did get a flat tire but it was quickly fixed within about 20 minutes. Clear instructions when we cross the border in terms of getting off the bus and then using the next bus. The bus however was a little bit cramped wouldn't want to be in it for much longer than we were.

I was a bit worried because of how many times I had to get out of a vehicle & into another but this company was sure to answer any questions i had, great communication, van was comfortable, transitions were smooth! Would definitely recommend!

I forgot my headphones in the car in Cambodia on my way to Phu Quoc and the company send it to me to Phu Quoc through the Vietnamese driver and then as a package on the ferry; which was amazing. Thanks again!!

The start was very chaotic since different people gave us different information at the pick up point. We were moved to a different location but it was not supposed to happen. Therefore we eventually got onto another bus from another operator, since a woman on the phone told us to. Luckily in the end we arrived as planned and besides the miscommunication in the beginning the ride was rather smooth.
