Boat was good, bus was not that comfortable, but ride was about 5 hours and we stopped once.

Super cómodo y bien organizado. Fue mejor de lo que esperábamos. Speed brat fue agradable y puntual. Hay personal en todas partes para indicarte la dirección correcta. Es muy fácil desplazarse. Una vez en el autobús, el viaje también fue muy agradable. Nos detuvimos 2 veces, para ir al baño 5 minutos, y 30 minutos de descanso para que tuviéramos tiempo suficiente para tomar un almuerzo rápido. Pedimos que pararan cerca del aeropuerto de Phuket y así lo hicieron. Pararon en un punto donde había taxistas, un 7/11 y un cajero automático, así que fue muy fácil coger un taxi e ir al aeropuerto. Gran servicio y gran relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable

Super comfortable ans well organize. It went betterbthan we expected. Speed brat was nice and on time. There is staff everywhere to point you in the right direction. It is super easy to get around. Once moved to bus, ride was also really nice. We stopped 2 times, for a bathroom break 5min, and 30min break so we had enough time to grab quick lunch. We asked od they can stop for us close to Phuket airport and they did. They stop on point where there are taxi drivers, 7/11 and atm so it was super easy to grab a taxi and go to the airport. Great service and great value for money. Highly recommend

os ferrys funcionaron perfectamente, pero el autobús de Surat Thani a Phuket Town no terminaba en Phuket Town como se indicaba en Internet, sino a 5 km del aeropuerto, en una estación de autopistas. Tuve que coger un taxi hasta el aeropuerto y luego otro autobús hasta la ciudad de Phuket.

The ferrys worked perfect but the bus from Surat Thani to Phuket town didn't end at Phuket Town as indicated online but 5km far from the airport at a highway station. I had to get myself a taxi to the airport and then take another bus there to get to Phuket town.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but our transfer from Koh Tao to Phuket was not a pleasant experience. We only had one stop during the 5-hour ride, and when I briefly stepped out at Khao Sok to stretch my legs, the driver reacted very aggressively, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.
The driving style was quite tense and there was only agressive communication, which made the journey feel unsafe at times. I hope the company can improve professionalism and create a calmer experience for passengers.

Our driver drove through the Khao Sok national park rather than traveling down the 44 main road which would have been the most direct route. There is no reason that he would need to take this route other than to make a personal stop.
He did this to pick up a woman. We stopped at a petrol station and a woman got in the taxi and sat next to the driver. I assume it was his girlfriend.
This journey started at 2pm and we arrived just before 8pm which caused a customer to be late for her 8pm flight. This cost her over One thousand dollars and he even refused to stop at the international departures for her.
Myself and my partner were also caused financial and practical inconvenience which affected our onward journey.
I am requesting a full refund for this trip. The drivers service and conduct was completely unprofessional and utterly unacceptable.

The night ferry was good.
The bus took a very long route, wasn’t comfortable much, he was delayed alot, alot of stops also.
I arrived one and half hours late.
