Alejandro AUna de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido en Vietnam.
Para empezar ninguno de los trabajadores hablaba inglés, lo que dificultaba absolutamente todo. Pero lo peor fué el trato, nos trataban como rebaño a gritos y con malas formas.
Las camas eran estrechas, pero es lo suyo por el precio. Aún así no estaban mal.
El viaje se interrumpía a cada rato porque transportaban a parte de personas, unas cajas de mercancía. Que guardaban junto al resto de mochilas. Consiguiendo que una de nuestras mochilas quedara completamente empapada al abrir y cerrar el maletero para sacar mercancía y no tener cuidado con la lluvia que caía y las mochilas de los pasajeros.
En un momento del viaje, la persona que viajaba conmigo sufrió una intoxicación alimentaria, por lo que necesitaba ir al baño urgentemente. Aún explicandoles la situación con el traductor, nos decían que la siguiente parada era dentro de 1h y 30. La persona aue viajaba conmigo, desesperada, comenzó a ponerse los zapatos para poder ir al baño y el conductor le pegó en la pierna sin motivo. Finalmente, pudimos parar antes en una gasolinera. Fué una experiencia horrible.

Sofia CEl viaje estuvo bien. El coche estaba limpio y parecía en buen estado. La empresa salió a tiempo pero llegó 2 horas antes de lo previsto (4:45 am). Cosas a mejorar: Otras empresas brindan una botella de agua de 500 ml para el viaje y el personal NO HABLA INGLES. Tambien presenciamos maltrato por parte del personal hacia una familia de italianos que querían sentarse adelante y el personal le decía que debían sentarse atras pero A LOS GRITOS Y DE MUY MALA MANERA. No había forma de preguntarle el porqué ni hablar con él, incluso se negaba a leer el celular con el traductor. Al final la familia cedió porque viajaban con una nena de aproximadamente 5 años y no querían pasar un mal rato. Cuando compras los tickets no te asignan número de asiento, entonces eso puede general un problema con el personal del colectivo.

They were supposed to contact me for instructions I have to text them many times until their help; I booked a bus from Ninh Binh bus terminal to My Khe beach in Da Nang the bus dropped us off i guess in the bus terminal, no one said nothing i started to look for the company for the shuttle service and the people are so rude; I understand the language barrier so I use the translation app, but they were busy in their phones, they just point like go over there without saying nothing but I had to come back and tell them like i don’t speak Vietnamese i don’t understand what is going on, however all of the guys involved in the shuttle service were not polite at all. I was very stressed at the end of my journey

Antony FExcellent bus from Da Nang to Hanoi. The only thing I wish I had known is that there was a transfer on both ends. That was the difficult / frustrating part. I had to travel to the transfer pick up point whereas it would have been easier for me to get a grab to Da Nang bus station. Now I know this, I would only book the bus from the central bus station to the next central bus station in the future. The overnight bus itself was excellent. Great personal cabin. Lots of head height. Friendly drivers. Lots of rest stops. There were announcements (automated) in English which were the right volume and slow and clear. Very impressed! And I will certainly travel on overnight coaches again in Vietnam.

We were meant to be dropped off at Phong Nha, but instead the bus kept going and said we have a free taxi to do the rest of the journey. So we had to get off the sleeper bus and get in a car. Madhavan Bus was clean, on-time. Pickup happens much earlier so be careful not to miss out. However the seats were small in length. Anybody above 5'7" will have to sleep with their knees bent. Ford isn't the best manufacturer of buses.
Also book directly through your hotel/homestay. I paid 750k for this ticket whereas the hotel guys would have arranged the same for 500k.
Dropped me at 4am (instead of 5am) at Gia Lam Bus station and takes 60k Grab taxi to Old Quarter.

Maciej ZDisappointing. After we made the booking, we were asked to pay an extra 100k/person due to a fuel price increase. The bus arrived late, and we did not receive the water that had been promised. The WiFi was very poor. The bus itself was old, and the drivers were unpolite and rushing us throughout the trip. Overall, the service was unprofessional and far below our expectations.

yula KTook the cabin bus overnight and it was a great experience. The cabin is really cozy and private. I slept almost the whole trip which is rare for me on buses. Staff were friendly and helped with my backpack. Perfect option if you're traveling long distance and want something more comfortable.

Rene KI booked the vip cabin 22 bus from Ninh Binh and honestly it was better than I expected. The cabin feels private and comfortable. The mattress was clean. The driver and staff were helpful when boarding and the bus left on time. For long journeys in Vietnam, this is definitely a much nicer option than a normal sleeper bus.

Patrick MThe staff was not friendly at all. We were ignored when we pointed out that our beds weren't downstairs, but upstairs. The schedule said we would arrive around 8 a.m. However, we arrived at 4 a.m. and were thrown off the bus at 7 a.m. despite being promised we could stay there until 8 a.m. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. We'll never do this again.

Scarlett HThe drivers and the staff on this bus, firstly were so incredibly rude. No idea why they were so rude. I was in the middle of asking one of the staff if the stop we were stopping at had a toilet, didn’t even get my sentence out before his shooed me away, literally shooed me away waving his hand in my face.
Not only that, but the staff on this bus were smoking constantly, no windows open. The whole bus absolutely stank of cigarette smoke it was disgusting. Mine and my partners clothes stank of cigarette smoke after we got off the bus.
The only redeeming quality was the person who you can contact on whatsapp was nice and apologetic when the bus was late.

Isabel BWhat annoyed me was that the bus arrived almost two hours late. By then, all the locals were already lying in the beds, and we were sent to our places afterward. The advantage of having a toilet couldn’t really be used, because people were sleeping in the aisle all night, and you had to step over them to get to it. On top of that, the air conditioning had to be turned up to what felt like 180% because there were far more people on the bus than there should have been. The journey itself was okay.

Thomas H- got yelled at by staff as they wanted to out our luggage in the cabin with us and I refused, was alright but would be intimidating for solo female travellers for sure.
- the isle was packed the whole way with freight/ boxes, increasing the height making it harder for those with bottom cabins to get in.
- people laying on these sleeping, luckily had a top cabin bottom would have been awful.
- toilet was inaccessible, between all the
luggage jammed at the back, boxes of fruit and people sleeping in the isle that wouldn’t move when asked. Actually a hard NO Was the response.
-the luggage area under the bus was full of fruit, obviously causing the problems. This company really needs to decide are we a tourist/local bus service or a freight transport cause clearly doing both ain’t working.
-we arrived early, like 2.5 hours early. Normally okay but moving a 730am arrival to 5am makes things difficult when everything in town is shut but hey least we got off sooner, so appreciated that

Celia CVery good, the driver was very nice, we had a lot of breaks on the way with clean toilets and a place to eat, the woke me up when we arrived in Hanoi, although it was 1h30 earlier than what was planned, and I had to book an hotel for the rest of my night, at 4:30am.
I forgot my raincoat in the bus and I tried to reach for the company to get it back but I don't have any answer from them ...
Overall, it was a very good experience, I could rest, the AC was perfect, blankets, space and curtains were here like on the pictures.

Le MThe bus stop is clean, with seats available, and there are restaurants nearby where you can have dinner. The staff will call you as soon as the bus arrives, but please make sure to return on time. My bus was delayed for 15 minutes waiting for one passenger to finish his meal.

KIARA NWe took the VIP Sleeper Bus Cabin 34 from Hoi An to Hue. The bus has three rows of cabins and overall, it was a pretty smooth journey—we even managed to get some sleep. They stopped once in Da Nang and once more along the way. You can use the bathroom at the Da Nang stop, but make sure you ask, as the driver doesn’t announce it. The bathroom itself wasn’t great (wet floor, no toilet paper), so I recommend wearing closed-in shoes and bringing your own toilet paper.
The beds were fine. My husband is 188cm and could stretch his legs out fully if he didn’t keep a bag at his feet, but the seat width was tight on the shoulders, which made it a bit uncomfortable. For the price though, it’s a great short trip. I’d recommend it, but if you’re taller or going on a longer journey, the two-row buses might be a better option.
