Kevin BBus was very late coming in, but took much less time than expected to arrive at destination. The biggest issue was collecting tickets. There are a lot fewer people who speak English in this area and the booking confirmation was only in English rather than also in Thai. They seemed to assume that all westerners want to go to Chiang Mai and kept sending me to the wrong collection office despite me trying to tell them we were going to Phitsanulok. Eventually someone with a little more English was able to help. I can't blame them for not speaking English, but it would have helped if the booking confirmation had also been in Thai.

Jessica Easy quick bus ride. Get there at least 30 mins before, they usually are all boarded 10 mins before the departure time.

Vincent G- Everything went smoothly, even if the bus was a bit old and the ride quite bumpy…
- I have been using your company for many years and therefore I accept the price mark-up in exchange for some peace of mind.
However, one thing I did not appreciate this time was the insurance cost which I discovered too late on the bill since I did not need one for a short bus ride. Maybe was it pre-selected like what some low-cost airlines do…Please explain.
