The bus arrived three hours late; the drivers didn't speak English and were rude. There was no meal break, we were transferred to a car, and then had to pay extra. We contacted the company via WhatsApp but received no response. Definitely not recommended.

Very bad except the service during tjek in. The drivers were rood during the night.

The driver honked the extremely loud horn every 1 or 2 minutes the entire 8 hour bus ride. Constant swerving in and out of traffic. They played the same song on loud volume the whole ride. Did not get any sleep. Food was not allowed on the bus and there was only one food stop during the first hour of the 8 hour trip. Not a good trip at all.

Our bus didn't arrive. We arrived at 2 PM and they didn't know we had bought a ticket. When we inquired 10 minutes after the stated and confirmed time, they told us the bus wasn't coming but we could take another one 2.5 hours later.

Departure was an hour early, arrival 2 hours early. We were constantly stopping somewhere and checking people and packages. People were even lying in the alley. Because of all this, it was impossible to sleep on the bus.

The bus sleeping was ok although the driving was rather bumpy.

The driver left the Western bus station 15 minutes late which it wouldn't have been so much problem. But arrived on a different arrival point in Qui NHON one hour and a half early, at 6:30am. The driver drove very fast and hardly any stop for toilet or coffee. I was dragged out of the bus at 6:30am in the morning on a gas station barefoot and in shock.

I’ve made a complaint 2 weeks ago and they still didn’t respond me.

The ride was okay. The staff was nice and turned down the music when I asked. But the announcements for the toilet break were way too loud. If you finally found some sleep it will wake you up every single time.

Well I was a bit apprehensive after seeing several terrible reviews of the company we were booked with - Trong Thuy Limousine. We had a great experience, leaving Quy Nohn only 5 minutes late, we ended up arriving HCMC early. 2 rest stops en route. Snacks supplied

After stopping at Nha Trang and letting off passengers we headed for Da Lat 15 minutes after leaving Nha Trang the driver turned around and went back to Nha Trang and picked up a male person then headed back to Da Lat, we lost 30 minutes time whilst he did that.

Good point: - the bus departed on Time and we arrived 1h30 in advance - we had a message to confirm from the operator before the departure - there was a snack and a bottle of water Bad points: - the staff was not very helpful - we had to sleep with our lugage in the cabin because there was no space anymore in the holds so Half of the Space was taken - we had to pay extra money by cash at check-in - the staff opens the certains in the morning quite roughly

Le temps de parcours a été 2h plus long car le chauffeur était seul et bien sur fatigué ce n'est pas normal qu'un seul chauffeur assure les 8h sans se déposer

Great driver and super comfortable.

Driver was constantly trying to overtake also in curves where you could not see the coming cars. However 2 breaks and free water bottle.

Driver was busy with his phone and whatsapp during the wild dangerous ride. Had to wait 20 minutes at start cause of late customer

This is the worst company ever. When you'll book your ticket you have to pay extra to send you an sms with your ticket. If you don't no one will send you the ticket. You have to send an email and communicate with someone from there. So I booked two tickets for me and my father to go from dalat to nha trang, Vietnam. They send me the receipt. I knew that I have to send an email to send me the ticket, so I did it. Some hours before our ride they texted me to tell me that the ride is canceled. We were sleeping, so we saw that three hours before the ride. We found very quick another ticket from the same company and we booked it. I sent a lot of emails to a lot of people from this company. No one answered. Less than 30 minutes before our ride they send me the tickets.( Also they took money from me twice for the same booking) I sent them an email and I wasn't asking for a refund, just my money back. They sent me only the half money for the double reservation and they refused to send me the money for this booking. So please don't try to book anything from them, it's much cheaper if you go to the bus station and book a ticket from there.
