The guy on the desk was really rude. The guy on the port was carrying my bag up and down for no reason , and then he said he wants tip . Dont follow anyone on your boat, just go by yourself. Workers just make you walk up and down in circles in the sun just so you give them tip.

The ride was smooth but the air conditioning didn‘t work, so the ferry was very hot inside

The arrival of Gili Air was 1,5 hours delayed. Not a comfortable ride. Rough sea.

The Delay of over 40min was not so nice….

If you selected this trip as a fastest one on Gili Air - I have bad news - it does not have chance to be that fakt. Our was 1h late.

Perfect ferry from Nusa Penida to Gili T, would highly recommend.

The boat was so uncomfortable. Back seats are not reclineable. Ac was not set to a proper degree. Either it was so hot or so cold. We all got cold. You can't choose your seat. People sit wherever they like. I believe they never clean the seat and holders. Luggage storage was a nightmare. It was like they create lagguages hill at the boat. Who knows where are your lagguages. No order, no discipline, no cleaness, no comfort, no hygiene and high price.

Perfect booking, quick and clear about the trip

Big ferry, smooth sailing, on time departure, on time arrival. Would be nice to know during the booking process where the ferry will stop and how many stops it will do until my final stop.

The staff was not nice at the check-in area. We were explicity told to be ready 1 hour ahead of departure, but they only opened 45 minutes ahead of departure. They did not appreciate that we booked online and made us pay 25k tax instead of the 10-20k due to ''online'' booking. There was no information given afterwards and they forgot to give us luggage tags which we only received just before going on the boat. The boat was very noisy, I highly recommend using earplugs. No instructions were given. The TV had bad quality. The boat made cracking sounds which made us feel a little uncomfortable. The good part was that the boat was fast moving. We arrived however with 40 minute delay.

Went from bangsal to serangan. Everything went smooth with the boat, we were happy our driver from the hotel did the checking in with us, as bangsal is a little confusing. Watch out for the baggage carriers, they will take your stuff without even asking, just deny firmly. The journey was smooth and the boat was on time, but i still wouldn’t book again, which has nothing to do with Marina group, but with Serangan. They do not allow Grabs or other online taxis on the island and there are many people in blue shirts on scooters, whose only job is to roam the island and send every Grab driver back. We were already in the car and had to get out again, and at least for me that behavior is unacceptable. They wanted to charge us 300.000 rupiahs to go to the airport, the Grab would have been 50.000. We negotiated them down to 180.000 but still we were very annoyed and don’t know how that is allowed by the government.

We were very scared because we’ve seen other companies reviews and videos and we thought the experience was going to be terrible, since I get dizzy very easily. The truth is you could barely notice the boat moving and there was plenty of space available. I truly truly recommend Marina Group!!!

We had a great trip from Lombok to Nusa Penida. The boat was timely and felt safe. There were visible and accesible life jackets. Luckily the boat was big, so we were only minimally disturbed by the waves. Very pleased.

Far from a past boat. Trip from Bali to Lombok is advertised 2hrs, it takes 4hrs. Day was beautiful, calm ocean. Overall everything went smooth. This trip was taken on August 2nd and the boat wasnt full. You can go to the pier directly and buy at the counter. Don't buy from anybody else.

Great boat! Nice & big you don’t feel the waves at all, very good staff friendly & well organised / professional. Offering mints & water for free & there’s a cool drinks menu if you would like to order something else. Boat left exactly on time & took even quicker than expected.

We were very sceptical about the company because it had no reviews but had a seamless journey. The check in process was simple and quick, the boat was on time and there were lots of uniformed staff around to help. The boat itself felt very safe in rough water, would recommend!
