Overall, I had a very positive experience with Kim Seng Express from Phnom Penh to Kampot and much better than expected. The van left and arrived on time, was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Before departure, they provided information about the journey and reminded everyone to wear their seat belts, which I appreciated. The seats were a little tight, but perfectly fine for a three-hour journey. We also had a well-timed break at a rest stop after about 1.5 hours. My only criticism is that the driving felt a bit too fast for my liking. The driver himself was friendly, but I think it would be better if the company allowed a little more time for the journey so drivers wouldn’t need to drive quite as fast. Apart from that, everything went smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I would travel with Kim Seng Express again.

The van was clean and the driver obey traffic laws. They tell you before you leave how many stops they will be making and for how long. The seats are small and if you’re tall the leg room will be lacking.

Our driver drove way too fast and it seemed like he was in a lot of hurry. He was passing trough every other vehicle on the road, put his big lights 10 times in when we were nit even close to another vehicle and he was most of the time on a call. Yes he took us to the place we wanted to be, but in my opinion he was really irresponsible and he drove ridiculous.

All was peefect !

On time, good waiting area and the rest stop was clean and had lots of options for food and drink. The driver was ok by Cambodian standards, we didn’t feel on edge or at risk. Seats are snug but for a three hour trip is was comfy enough.

Excellent service and brand new mini vans, some are electrical

It was fine for a 3 hour ride. But we couldn't sit on the seats we reserved, so we were squished between other people.

From Phnom Penh to Kampot. We were on time. The bus was full but still comfortable. AC was good. The staff is helpful, they allowed us to reschedule our trip and go to Kampot sooner. The waiting room in Phnom Penh is cool, with toilets and phone chargers. We made one stop, so we could use toilet and buy some snacks.

Brilliant driver absolutely knew the route.

Excellent, except the pick up place was wrong. It's written on the ticket to be at crab market and the bus is at the tourist office. The company called me and the driver waited for me. You might change your information on the ticket

My bus was cancelled and I was transferred to a bus 30 minutes later. The bus had cockroaches. Seat selection is not available when booking via this website; your seat is assigned. The assigned seat (back row) did not allow my feet to reach the floor, which can caused my legs to go numb (I'm 5'1). The driver nearly hit a pedestrian while reversing and then shouted at them. The bus station in Phnom Penh was clean.
