Everything went smoothly and exactly according to schedule. The bus departed on time and we arrived on time, with no unexpected delays or waiting around. This was especially valuable to me because I had previously taken another company on the way to Phong Nha and ended up spending 4 extra hours on the journey because of various delays. After that experience, having a bus that actually follows the advertised schedule was a real pleasure. Would definitely recommend this company.

The bus ride itself was comfortable, but unfortunately the drivers were not polite and did not make us feel welcome. At one point, my sister urgently needed to use the restroom—she was in real pain. When we asked if the bus could stop, the driver simply said, “30 more minutes.” We found this very inhumane. After asking several more times, they eventually stopped about 10–15 minutes later. When we arrived in Da Nang and were transferring to a taxi to Hoi An, I was putting on my shoes, which took no more than two minutes. The driver kept rushing me, which felt unnecessary and quite rude. On top of that, one of the drivers was making loud phone calls throughout the entire night, almost continuously, making it difficult to rest. Until now, I have only had positive experiences booking buses through 12Go, but I was genuinely relieved when this journey was over.

Good service, put me onto a different bus since i had missed mine. However they didn’t drop me off at the correct destination, as a solo young female in the middle of the night this felt quite poor

the bus was 30 mins late but the organizer was very easy to contact on whatsapp and was updating us about the status of the bus. although it was a different operator that picked us up which was ok because the bus was comfortable, it just didn’t have a toilet. we made 2 stops for a 6-hour trip

No seatbelt on the upper middle beds. Food also not provided like it said and also no toilet on board. And I was lucky 5 people were crammed at the back also we arrived much later than anticipated.

Great company! Helped us arrange to get a different bus for no extra charge after we got the times mixed up! Would recomend!

I unfortunately slept through the stop off for a toilet break and when I woke I had 2 hours to wait until the next stop. The bus stopped and allowed a Vietnamese lady to go to the toilet, so I asked if I could go also. I was not allowed by the driver and shouted at. A German girl stood behind me and also asked, he shouted “no not now” again. I asked how long, he replied “one” meaning 1 hour. When we had nearly reached the next stop- I was on the verge of peeing myself and crying because of the pain.

Bus was 1:15 late then the trip took 2 hours longer than expected due to them making several off route stops to pick up or drop off freight. Arrived 3 1/2 hours later than scheduled.

The bus was an hour late.

Was re- driven to a different pick up location at a truck stop in a personal car. Waited 45 minutes for pick up. Was late to arrive 1 hour.

Took us by car to a different pick up point, didn’t mentioned that in advance. The did contact us beforehand which was nice.
