Perfect, on Time, very Nice and confortable

Reliable and friendly service

The driver was really friendly. He had to drive a long way this day and did such a great job! He was more than on time and we thankfully arrived one hour early on Koh Lanta.

Pick up was on time and without any problems, van was good and almost empty. We went directly to Khao sok with one break in between.

The driver waited over 30 minutes, to fill the van. To make up for the lost time, we violated the traffic rules. We violated speed limit at the road curves. Wss very uncomfortable He drove the vehicle over the middle yellow line several times which is a traffic violation.

The driver arrived 30 minutes later our arrival at Krabi pier, then we had to wait for 15 minutes in a place to pick up others passengers. The driver stopped several times after so we arrived with one hour more than what was expected.

Not the minibus previous in the reservation. This one we had was old, dirty, and not confortable.

Everything went well, we arrived early and they put us on an earlier van. Air-conditioning was not very good and we were dropped on a road, while other passengers were delivered right to the hotel. We had to cross two roads (no official designated crossing and very fast cars) with heavy bags. I wasn't happy. Will chose a different operator on the way back.

Van got full seat and cramp , driver drove fast not smooth even we got there safely , driver charges more outside trip.

Pick up was early no hassle and got us to the resort almost an hour early 👍.

Great journey, pick up was on time and we were dropped off were we asked at expected time.

It was great, smooth. We made a lot of stops and our driver took us to the wrong hotel but he was very apologetic and bought us a snack.

Turned up early plenty of loo breaks arrived at destination 10 mins lake good service for the price we paid

No to hotel reception but drop off on street. Transfer by regular bus...

Driver was courteous, and got me to my destination safely

Took a lot longer than expected. Stopped many times for long periods of time for no explained reason. The driver kept pulling over and getting out. Took us initially to the wrong destination but did eventually get us to our hostel.

Driver showed up on time in a minivan, we stopped at 7-eleven a couple of times on the way

Poor communication and I was charged THB300 because my hotel was located in Ao Nang District. When booking it never said that I wasn’t in the pick up area. 12go needs to make an improvement on the booking process to avoid this type of situation in the future.

The driver and operator were very kind and helpful.

Over 2 hours late on a journey that should’ve taken 2.5 hours, basically the journey took twice as long van was very uncomfortable but at least we had a break half way to stretch my legs.

Driver turned up a little bit late but the journey was perfectly fine afterwards.

I transported myself from Krabi to Laem Kruatbby Grab. I was pretty early, but they let me board an earlier boat. Can't fault the transport from Laem Kruat to Mutu Pier / Koh Jum.

All was without problèmes

The drive took 5.5 hrs when we were told 4 hrs on the booking. Lots of pointless waiting around driver didn’t know where he was dropping anyone so had to turn back on him self multiple times. Driver got out for a drink but no one else was allowed a drink. We constantly were changing vans and no one felt the need to tell us how long we would be at certain stops so everyone was confused constantly. Aircon was also poor and the van was boiling

The car was comfortable but the communication was poor. The driver arrived but took 10 minutes to come and find me (I was waiting clearly at the entrance). No offer of help with my bags. I then got dropped somewhere and told to wait for 25 minutes which turned into an hour whilst we waited for other passengers. Had I known this I’d have adjusted my pick up time accordingly. There was very little communication throughout the whole process.

Arrived an hour late, due to two layovers which took long. I didn't know about layovers? Nevertheless arrived at my hotel so thats good enough.

Transfer was fine but took an hour longer than it needed to because the driver was late, did a loop to pick other passengers up, and then returned to a hotel right next to mine to pick more people up an hour after having picked me up in the same place. I don’t know why they didn’t just pick everyone up at the same time.

Unfortunately the car overheated and there was no air conditioning for part of our journey. We were taken off track to change vans….but got there comfortably in the end.

Did the job... Difficulty finding the meeting point. Once located, the vehicle was overbooked, and we had to sit in the front. The middle seat was tiny and uncomfortable for an adult. The rest of the journey was fine.

All in all everything worked out, but a few more information before the trip would have been helpful. The drive was on time, but was driving pretty fast and was overtaking in risky situations. The boat trip wasn't leaving from Krabi, but from a smaller town 30 minutes away, which we didn't know and which lead to some confusion. The driver didn't speak any English, so it was hard to communicate and get further info. We also arrived an hour late, because we missed the first boat. And Mutu Pier is not the majn pier on Kho Jum, it is a bit smaller and one kilometer up north.

I thought it was a ‘stop to stop’ service. Didn’t know it would be doing hotel transfers along the way. Ended up arriving at our destination 40mins later than expected.

I was staying near the Ratchaprapha dam so i took à taxi to an accepted pick up point which cost me another 500 bth. Then we got picked up and drove to the dam. So why writting except the dam. I also got charged double the price announce.

Driver delayed to pickup. Could not contact to confirm pick up location and time.

The Van was dealaieted at least 1,5 Hours

The first driver was a Little early, the second driver too Late. We arrived one Hour later as planned. Anyway we reached the destination.

I booked this transfer because it clearly stated that hotel drop-off was included, which was a key reason I chose this service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was promised at all. Midway through the journey, we were unexpectedly told to switch cars at a random shop. There was no prior explanation or communication about this. A woman who spoke limited English informed us that they would no longer be taking us to our hotel, but instead would drop us off somewhere else. When I asked where exactly we would be dropped off so I could arrange alternative transport, my question was ignored. The drivers throughout the journey were also unfriendly —they didn’t even greet us or make any effort to communicate. In the end, we were dropped off in the middle of a road and had to pay for another driver ourselves to get to our hotel. This was never mentioned in the booking confirmation and felt very misleading. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend this service to others.
