Jacob SThe bus was right on time! We made many stops on this trip which was nice so I could have cigarettes and get some snacks/food along the way. The bus driver did not speak english which was fine because the busboy on board did and was able to help us through the border crossing at Moc Bai/Bavet. The process was smooth and it was nice as I was the only one on the whole bus. Bathroom was very clean, probably because there was nobody on the bus to get it dirty. Definitely would recommend this bus company!

Toma MMy backpack was put in the trunk but half of it was completely wet afterwards. My book in my bag was ruined and my earphones were completely wet too (thankfully they still work). When I asked why the floor of the trunk was wet and my bag has valuables in it, all they could do was shrug

Alexander BGood inexpensive service from Saigon to Phnom Penh in bus, with one caveat. The staff will ask for 40$ to handle the procurement of tourist visas in Cambodia. There is no need to to do this, and you can get the visa yourself for 30$ at the border just as quickly and easily. It only takes a little over 5 mins, politely decline any 'express' service. Apart from this, the bus was comfortable and the staff polite. We arrived almost 2 hours later than scheduled, but the journey time was overly ambitious in the first place.
Politely insisting on handling the visa myself was enough and I wasn't put under much pressure. It's dishonest to deliberately mislead people about the cost of the visa and the necessity of them handling it, but it can be easily avoided.
