Izzy JFrom start to finish a journey I won’t forget! Collected from hotel to the pier. Please note we left at 8am and the journey takes 7 hours not the 4 that was stated here. Very interesting going through the floating villages. It certainly didn’t feel 7 hours.

Isobel Bus operators didn't speak a word of English. We were dropped in outskirts Phnom Penh in the early hours and gestured to wait. I would not have felt safe if travelling alone especially as we ended up waiting for the next bus for 2 hours in the dark. When it finally arrived we were packed on like sardines with luggage on knees.

Keleigh RWe made a reservation for a sleeping bus; however, there was no prior communication about the bus change or the long waiting time for the next bus (a few hours around 4:30 a.m.). In addition, no water was provided, and we arrived one hour later than scheduled. When making the reservation, we were allowed to choose seats, but this was completely disregarded. Overall, the experience was disappointing, mostly due to the lack of information in advance, which would have allowed us to prepare appropriately.

Chinyere JIt is no direct connection. You have to change in Phnom Penh. And this was the annoying Part because you have a waiting time in the morning between 5 and 6.30 am.
However we arrived in Kampot 2h earlier than planned.

Triana The company doesnt inform in advance that you must change the sleeping-bus in Phnom Phen for a Van. They pay a tuktuk for this situation and everything went well, but they must inform.

Isobel IWe went from Battambang to Kampot. The sleeper bus was comfortable, but had minimal space for both you and a small bag. The sleeper was from 11:45-5am where we arrived in Phnom Penh. We knew we were switching to a mini van when we got to Phnom Penh, but what we were not told is that we would be waiting an hour and a half and then transferred by tuktuk to a different bus company. The mini van had little leg room and took longer than it should have. Overall not a great journey and wasn’t clear when booked what the journey was like. Is a fine enough journey, but just warning for future users. Sleep is minimal and broken!
