Nous devions prendre le bus à 15h, on nous envoie un message qui nous dit 14h30. On se hâte de finir de manger pour être au lieu de rdv à 14h30. Le bus arrive, nous prend, on fait 1km...le bus s'arrête pendant 25 minutes car le chauffeur va manger. Pendant ce temps on est enfermé dans le bus... Quand on repart, c'est pour revenir au point de ramassage initial !!! On aurait eu le temps de manger tranquillement...On repart...on nous dépose à Dong Ha et on apprend qu'on va changer de bus...ce qui n'était pas prévu...on attend un quart d'heure...un pick up vient nous chercher...il est flambant neuf...le chauffeur s'arrête au bout de 2 minutes pour le montrer à ses amis, c'est assez drôle ! On repart, il nous depose 5 minutes après à une station de bus...on nous dit que le bus viendra dans 40 minutes...on souhaite aller acheter à manger en attendant : on nous dit que non...car le bus arrivera en fait dans 15 minutes ...ce qui est vrai ! Je voie la feuille de bus du chauffeur : nous ne sommes pas dessus, pourtant il va bien à Da nang, il discute avec les secrétaires...et on monte dans ce bus...mais en fait, on s'aperçoit qu'il n'y a pas de place pour tout le monde : un monsieur sera couché par terre dans l'allée pendant tout le trajet...mon mari avait un coussin derrière lui et lui donne, sinon il était sur le sol sans même une couverture... On est arrivé à Da Nang à 21h55 au lieu de 21h10. Clairement, il y a eu une erreur nous concernant...

Initialement le trajet devait être assuré par la compagnie Discovery Travel. Apparemment il y a eu de la sous-traitance puisque un bus x est arrivé de nulle part , s est arrêté tout le long du trajet pour prendre des passagers, nous a laissé à 8 kms de Hué dans un taxi collectif pour rejoindre la station de Hué. Le bus sleeper était inconfortable et le chauffeur conduisait très mal.

Bus was cancelled on the morning due to low sales. We were offered another time but this was not ideal. The dropoff location was different to the ticket (which may have been because of the revised bus but we were never issued another ticket). Driver was rude when telling us to transfer from the bus to a mini van into the Hue city and physically grabbed our arm to pull us off the bus. We were also unaware there would be a second vehicle.

The vehicule was really confortable but in this service, there is also the staff that matter. The drivers picked us up on time and they also arrive earlier but they don't necessarily wake you up (we took 2 night bus and the first time they even forgot about us so we were further our stop) + They aren't the happiest people you will interact with so don't be shocked

Tried to book 4 times, every time cancelled and on last attempt had the bus confirmed for 12 hours later. We got a bus out at least Vietnam travel hub were helpful but 12Go were awful

I was at the agreed pick-up point, but the bus had already left. A woman on a scooter picked me up, and I had to carry my large suitcase on my lap on the scooter. We then drove back to my hotel because the bus was waiting nearby. If I had known this earlier, I wouldn't have had to spend 30,000 on a taxi. The ventilation in the bus smelled of smoke because people were smoking in the front of the driver's cab. The ventilation also smelled like a smelly toilet. We also arrived an hour late. Another thing I didn't like was that there was only one break. That's not enough for a 6-7 hour bus ride.

The bus got us from Phong Nha to Hoi An in a somewhat acceptable time, so therefore the second star. First of all, the bus driver was full of sidequests, making stops every few kilometers for people or goods. The advertised time of 6 hours is already a challenge for a normal car, but we ended up taking 8 hours on the route with no traffic jams whatsoever. On a toilet break (that apparently took just 6 minutes) 2 of the passengers were nearly abandoned, because of lack of communication. Weirdest thing was, 2 kilometers before our final destination, the bus stopped and the driver and crew left with no communication. We eventually ended up with unloading the bagage ourselves with the other passengers, and taking a Grab for our last miles. After 30 minutes, the driver came back as we were waiting on our grab. There is no need to speak English, as we are tourists and should adapt, but at least try to communicate in some way.

It was 2 hours late. I chose this option because it was supposed to be only 2,5 hours from Hue to Hoi An, but we only arrived 2 hours later. The bus was OK, but I had better night buses.

When booking this bus, there were two options available through this website. Both buses were leaving at 10am but one of the buses was more expensive but arrived 1.5 hours earlier. It was important for us to arrive early, so it was worth paying the extra money for 6 hour trip as opposed to the other option which was 7.5 hour trip. The bus ended up taking 8.5 hours to reach our destination of Ninh Binh from Phong Nha. There was no traffic delays, the bus just made multiple random stops often detouring from what should have been a direct path. Very disappointing to arrive so late, nothing was communicated to us or other passengers on the bus.

Hue-Hoi An transfer takes 3.5 hours. This is a normal time, including breaks, but the 2.5-hour estimate was overly optimistic. I was contacted via several WhatsApp messages and emails to inform me of the departure, but at a certain point they started spamming me with advertisements for their activities... slightly irritating.

For me the worst sleeping bus where I was in. The cabine was dirty with the garbage left from the last person. They are making stops without telling you how long or anything, only one time they did throw a recorded loud speaker. Then the whole trip listening to the Instagram scrolling from the workers, so that you cannot rest because they don’t use headphones or let the phone aside while working. The owner sending lots of whatsapps wanting to offer you more products and asking to put 5 stars on google so he gives you a free tour. And they gave us no water, so.. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The bus was later than advertised (seems typical for Vietnam) and the driver taking a wrong turn and heading towards Laos (a new experience) it was perfectly fine. Bus seemed new, clean and comfortable. Free water provided.
