En fait, presque tous les vans offrent un espace limité pour les bagages, donc si vous avez plus d'un sac, valise ou sac à dos, il peut être judicieux d'acheter un billet supplémentaire pour vos bagages - oui, hélas, vous payerez double pour votre voyage...
- Il est important de vérifier si votre van part à un horaire précis, ou s'il part quand il est plein. Dans ce dernier cas, vous risquez d'attendre longtemps, car sur certains itinéraires remplir un van peut prendre un certain temps.
- Il faut savoir que les conducteurs de vans sont connus pour leur conduite rapide. Même les compagnies les plus réputées ne parviennent pas toujours à persuader les conducteurs de respecter les limites de vitesse. Même si le chauffeur de votre van ne vous le demande pas, attachez toujours votre ceinture de sécurité lorsque vous voyagez en van.
- Si vous avez facilement le mal des transports, et que votre voyage comporte des tronçons sinueux, le risque d’être malade est plus élevé en van qu'en bus. Prenez vos médicaments une demi-heure avant le départ pour plus de sécurité.

Claude BJ'étais assis devant avec le conducteur (place2). Le voyageur (place1) avait un gros sac entre les jambes. Il me poussait contre la porte. Je ne pouvais pas bouger mes jambes. Très désagréable.

Claude BDans la station, l n'y a rien d'écrit en anglais pour les étrangers qui attendent.
Dans le bus pareil nous étions 3 européens et le conducteur ne nous dit rien pour la pause.

Vincent NHoraires respectés et conduite du chauffeur correcte mais malgré l’affichage, des personnes ne respectaient pas la tranquillité. Une bouteille d’eau, un snack et une lingette comprises dans le bus. Confort du bus moyen, les places choisies n’ont pas été fournies. Agréable pause de 20mn sur un espace de repos comprenant petite boutique au tarif raisonnable, toilettes, restaurant et espace détente.

Stephanie AWe rode the VIP bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. We booked the double seats so we could be together. The bus was on time, the ride was smooth, and the bus was clean (even the bathroom on board was immaculate!). The bus stopped for a break every 2 hours. It was really nice that they provided wipes, water, a snack, comfortable plush pillows and a blanket. The AC worked well. I appreciated the use of a reusable tote for our shoes instead of a one-time use plastic bag. The only complaint I have was that during booking, it was not noted that the bottom seats do not have a window, so it was like riding in a dark little coffin when we were excited to look at the countryside for the six-hour bus ride. We got a good laugh out of it. So just a note for the others booking so they know- no windows on the bottom bunk!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Night Bus Review
This was my second time taking a night bus. My first experience was from Sapa to Hanoi. Compared to my previous trip, the waiting area in Siem Reap was more comfortable, and the toilets were clean.
I booked my ticket through 12Go. The process was very easy—I just showed my digital ticket at the reception and waited for departure. My luggage was stored safely underneath the bus.
The bus also provided a blanket, a bottle of mineral water, biscuits, wet tissues, and a small toiletries kit, which made the journey more comfortable.
I booked a single bed, but it was a bit small. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone taller than 170 cm, as it may feel cramped.
The driver drove smoothly, and the bus departed and arrived on time.
Overall, it was a comfortable and reliable night bus experience. The service was good, the journey was smooth, and I would recommend it to anyone travelling from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh.

Takumi SThe service and staff were excellent. After disembarking, I realized I had left my wireless earphones behind. I informed a staff member, who promptly contacted the driver. Thanks to their quick action, I managed to retrieve my earphones. I highly appreciate their assistance.
However, the ride itself was terrible because of my seatmate, an elderly French man. He kept touching me inappropriately under the guise of being asleep. I pushed him away multiple times, but he persisted. I eventually had to build a barricade with my bag, slamming it onto his hand and kicking his foot to defend myself. That finally put an end to his perverted behavior.
Please be cautious, everyone. The seats are crammed far too close together, and the privacy curtains are flimsy and inadequate.

Mark JI booked a connection from Battambang to Phnom Penh Airport through 12Go, expecting a direct transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, the bus driver only dropped me off near Wat Phnom and I had to organize the rest of the journey to the airport by myself.
For me, this was stressful and disappointing, especially because the booking description created different expectations. The trip itself was okay, but the final part of the journey was not handled clearly or professionally.

Charlotte POne of the best night buses we have had. Helpful in the office. Was a sign that made it clear which bus you should be on with the time and reg. buses were on time. The man checking us onto the bus helped get us (a couple) beds next to each other. However I would say you would be very close to a stranger if not in a two or separated. The bus itself was comfortable with pillow and blanket. Very clean and toilet on board which was clean. Driver was quiet during the journey and professional. It was a great journey thank you.

Andrea BDon’t book the bottom sleeper cabin if you want to look out the window - there’s just a wall! Apart from that Bus was on time and had accurate arrivals and departures- bathroom was frankly luxurious for a sleeper bus with no foul smell.
