Le voyage en bus s’est plutôt bien passé.
Par contre le bateau a été compliqué.
J’avais réservé une arrivée à 8h30.
On nous a mis sur un bateau qui n’allait pas à la bonne île. La mer était agitée. ( 1h15 aller retour )
On est revenu à notre point de départ.
On a repris un autre bateau 2h plus tard.
Très mauvaise communication !!!

VERO LDe Sihanoukville à Phnom Penh, le trajet s'est très bien passé, mais on a changé de Van de Phnom Penh pour Siem Reap, et ceci n'était pas une Van de transfert pour touristes mais un taxi bus local qui s'arrête tout le temps, avec des locaux, sans parler de gens debout sur les côtés. Nous avons payés chers pour le transfert pour enfin nous retrouver dans un minibus local et très salé.

Louise JOn est partis avec 1h de retard puis on a roulé 5 minutes pour attendre UNE seule personne pendant encore 1h. Donc départ retardé de 2h et pas un mot de la part de la compagnie.. Et globalement on s’arrête 10min toutes les heures, parfois plus! Ils bourrent le mini van au max du max du max donc très peu de place pour les jambes et Clim bien froide. Il faut être préparé (et vraiment pas pressé..)

Guek TRéservation en ligne non prise en compte par l'opérateur. Il manquait deux places déjà payées pour le voyage. Casé à 3 dans des petites cabines de 2. Et il vous font bien comprendre qu'on a de la chance de pouvoir prendre le bus. Pas de remboursement. Appelé avant avec cet opérateur pour vérifier que votre réservation en ligne a bien été enregistrée. Je n'ai eu aucun problème avec les autres compagnies. C'est pourquoi j'étais vraiment dépité lorsqu'ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne retrouvaient pas ma réservation et qu'il n'y avait pas assez de places pour notre groupe.

Jeffrey JL'hygiène du bureau et les toilettes sont tout aussi mauvaises, pas de Go !
Il n'y a pas de service raisonnable et il est très pénible de savoir qu'il n'y a pas de toilettes dans le bus.
Les nombreux arrêts pour les toilettes n'étaient pas bons pour dormir, car la pièce est alors trop éclairée.

Laura MLe bus était plus confortable que prévu compte tenu de ses petits "lits doubles", mais le personnel du bus était très impoli. Il ne s'est arrêté qu'une seule fois pour une pause toilette sur un voyage de 12 heures, mais s'est arrêté constamment pour ramasser des marchandises. A un moment donné, j'ai demandé quand aurait lieu la prochaine pause toilettes et on m'a répondu 5 minutes, suivi d'un grand éclat de rire, mais il n'y avait pas d'autre pause toilettes...

Marina GL'entreprise propose en ligne un voyage en autocar de luxe avec des lits doubles. Il ne s'agit toutefois que d'une cabine individuelle. Il n'y a pas de place pour deux personnes. Un autre client a dû partager sa cabine avec une personne étrangère. Attention !

Nancy DLes lits étaient confortables et la salle de bain était grande et propre.
Le seul problème est que nous avons délibérément choisi un lit qui n'était pas à l'arrière afin de ne pas être allongés près du moteur, car il y fait toujours très chaud, ou près des toilettes, qui peuvent être bruyantes et malodorantes. Mais le plan de table lors de la réservation est différent des sièges dans la réalité, car il y a une allée de lits doubles et une allée de lits simples. Nous étions donc tout au fond et je n'ai pas pu dormir entre la chaleur bouillante et les gens qui claquaient la porte des toilettes à côté de ma tête toute la nuit. Note 4/5 car je suis sûre que si nous avions été dans un autre lit, nous aurions pu dormir correctement.

Isis ELe bus-lit était très bien, mais si vous voyagez seul, je vous recommanderais de réserver deux sièges l'un à côté de l'autre. Le lit est très petit, même lorsque vous êtes à côté de quelqu'un que vous connaissez. Je recommande de mettre des vêtements chauds car l'airco était très froid !

JessicA HLa compagnie CMR était vraiment bien, elle a organisé une navette pour nous emmener au bureau pour le bus couchette, le chauffeur de la navette était très gentil, amical et serviable, mais le chauffeur que nous avons eu a bavardé avec sa petite amie toute la nuit, et n'a pas voulu ouvrir les portes du bus une fois que nous sommes arrivés, après lui avoir demandé à plusieurs reprises de nous laisser descendre.

Tim OLe mini-van était plein à craquer de gens et de bagages, l'espace pour les jambes était très limité, l'A/C ne pouvait malheureusement pas le refroidir complètement, la transpiration était de mise.

Dorian CL'avantage, c'est que ce n'est pas cher. Sinon le service est vraiment moyen. La couchette deux places est très étroite : c'est bien si vous voyagez avec une ou un proche mais dormi seul serré contre un ou une inconnu(e), ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus agréable. Les couchettes ne sont d'ailleurs pas très confortables. Impossible de régler ou d’arrêter la climatisation qui tourne à fond. L’arrêt de la destination est très mal renseigné (pas d'adresse ou de coordonnées GPS, et si on tape CMR office sur Maps, cela ne correspond pas du tout au point indiqué par 12Go). Le chauffeur a mis la radio à fond, impossible de dormir. Et le personnel ne vous préviens même pas de votre arrêt de descende même si vous êtes endormi. A éviter !

Alan DI had to wait 90 minutes to get on the bus and I was the only customer so they left me with another company. The other van was full and had no headrests.
Despite of the delay the driver did many breaks, one of them for a dinner.

Rebecca WI got on the ferry from Koh Rong at 9am- 30 minutes early, this journey was smooth sailing and arrived onto the mainland at around 10:30. I found the booking office where I was met by the guy saying I would have to wait until 12:45 for the bus to Siem Reap- 2 hours away! There had be nothing mentioned when booking about having to wait for the buses or any timings for the day. If I had known I would have had to wait I would not have gotten a ferry so early, as no time was saved! The mini van arrived at around 12pm and the 4 of us got on it, it was comfy enough. The mini van repeatedly stopped for no reason, we picked up and dropped of random passengers throughout. We arrived into Phnom Penh at 4pm at the bus office, minimal English was spoken by the staff so I was very confused as to when the bus to Siem Reap would be considering I was meant to arrive to Siem Reap at 6:30pm. A family car then arrived to take me, the drivers were lovely but spoke no English so I was extremely confused as to why we kept on stopping and picking up/ dropping off others the whole way. At one point there were 9 people in a 7 seater car! It was definitely a unique and local experience, we stopped for food at around 9pm. We arrived into Siem Reap at 11pm, so 5 hours after the said time of arrival! I have no idea how a car was the transport to take me considering I was told it would be a sleeper bus. Just be prepared for the journey to take a lot longer than expected and feel very confused the whole time.

Giovanni TIf you feel like experiencing Asian style van with chickens and scooter at the back, plus a couple of hours delay on schedules, then it’s definitely worth the trip. Overall I had fun though …or spend few extra bucks and get a proper van company who’s reliable. Enjoy Asian and don’t expect anything just embrace the moment 🙃

HANNAH EComfortable bus and nice staff. The bus even had a plug socket which would take my 3-pin British plug.
However, the website said the journey would only take 4.5 hours. This was unrealistic since most companies say 5.5 hours for the same journey, and this bus was much slower than other companies because it stopped a lot more times. During the first half of the journey, we stopped about every 15 minutes to pick up passengers or pick up things for delivery. Because of this, the journey took about 7 hours.

Tabitha DThis ride was uncomfortable, poorly planned and overpacked. There was probably 20 people in a 10 seater van, someone was on a plastic chair for one seat and there were packages on our bus. We also arrived over 6 hours later than they said before we booked. Do not recommend this company - avoid at all costs. We also had to swap vans in Phnom Penh which was not communicated to us in any way. It was a 10 hour journey and we didn’t stop anywhere where we could buy any food or drink, on the 2 times we did actually stop. When exiting the vehicle, everyone was climbing and clambering over each other because the van was so packed.

Tal Rnot on time, a million stops along the way and arrived two hours late to our destination. van filled with flies and very hot. The driver did an accident during the drive and also took a wrong turn that added 45 mins to our journey. They don’t speak English very well and they don’t reply on WhatsApp.

Fleur VThey advertised with 9 hours, it was 13…. First we went with the boat, that was fine. We came to the officie but nobody was there evertything closed. Without further information… luckly at 08:00 AM a driver came at took us to the head station. From there we went to phnom penh. With trafic, and a transfer to another bus (20 min waiting). Then to the next officie. Driver said nothing got out, then we wait for 20 minutes, nothing. So i got out, asked the driver, he said another 10 min waiting for people. Those 10 minutes were again 20+ minutes. After being 1,5 hours in phnom penh with all the waiting we went to siem reap. From 06:30 til 19:30, a bummer when they said the arrival time would be 15:30… but the bring you from A to B. Longer than expected and with mosquitos and cockroches in the car…
