Jesus MEl barco salió puntual y la atención fue muy buena, pero al llegar al puerto pregunté a la mujer que me acompaño al Transfer que a qué hora saldríamos para Ubud. De muy malas formas me dijo que yo iba en autobús y que saldría en tres horas. Le comenté que mi hora estimada para llegar eran las 3pm, y me dijo que hasta las 6pm no llegaría. Lo peor es que me ofreció un coche privado, pagándolo yo, para salir en ese momento. Era una estafadora, ya que fui al checking y mi autobús salió prácticamente puntual, y llegué a Ubud a las 3:30pm.
Después el chofer del autobús fue muy grosero, nos trató de muy mala gana. El autobús muy viejo y sin aire acondicionado, tuvimos que pedirle que abriese las ventanillas. Creo que nos puso la calefacción porque el suelo del autobús estaba muy caliente. Nos trató de muy mala gana.

Quando cheguei a Bali não havia ninguém à espera devidamente identificado e quando finalmente soube quem era o motorista a simpatia foi nenhuma
Os motoristas tentam não deixar os clientes no hotel alegando trânsito
A mim deixaram me em UBUD eu nem dados móveis tinha não sabia onde ficava o hotel nem tinha dados para chamar táxi ou ver Google maps
Com uma mala enorme
Quando lhe disse que ia fazer queixa virou costas e seguiu
Um passageiro que ia comigo pediu para sair e apanhou táxi caso contrário perdia o avião

Isabella The fast boat from Gili T to Bali was great - no issues. The transfer from the port to Ubud was not.
We were told the driver would pick us up in Bali at 12pm to take us to Ubud. However, upon messaging the driver at the port in Bali, he informed me he was still an hour and a half away. He didn’t arrive until 2pm, meaning we were waiting for over two hours instead of the arranged 20 minutes.
The operator refused to issue a partial refund for the delay. They said this was because we waited for the driver and used his service. I enquired about a partial refund whilst we were waiting for two hours. They said they would check. When I chased up a partial refund, they said they couldn’t do it as we still went with the driver. I wish they’d informed me of this when we arrived at the port; we could got a grab for cheaper and faster. We should have been at Ubud by 1:30pm. We arrived at 4:20pm.

Sean HBoat was 30 minutes and the boarding processs wasn't very smooth. No real queing system, just every man for himself trying to get on.
Boat ride itself was fine. Good commuincation from the driver, where to meet him etc...And he drove safely.

Sylvia FThe only remark I have with the taxi is that the driver should wait with our names on a signboard. With all the scammed at the port, it is very difficult to even find the office.
The scammed are very pushy when the boat is docking. They're already screaming when you're still on board of the board. Then they take you're lugage to persuade you.
Event hough we were well informed about this. It's too overwhelming to even think and look for the office. Since we made the Booking foor the ferry+ taxi. The driver should know which boat we're on, even if the boat is later than expected.
Otherwise we were very happy with the ferry service. The trip was very nice and the staff is amazing.

Sarah WBoat departed one hour late and was full. Did not offer water or snacks as others did. The trip included a shuttle car ride to Cocomart, Ubud, but the ticket said dropoff was Cocomart, Peliatan. This was confusing and could have been clearer as I had a private driver scheduled to pick me up.

Oliwia The boat trip was fine, but the transfer from the harbour by car was horrible. The car had a problem with exhaust and all the fumes were coming inside the car.
Smell of the fumes was very strong and they are dangerous to inhale, so almost 2 hour way in that car was not a good experince.
