El precio de tu viaje en autobús dependerá tanto del destino como de la clase de tu billete. Ten en cuenta que no todas las clases de billetes están disponibles para determinadas rutas, pero para los viajes más largos casi siempre hay una buena selección. Opta por un autobús Sleeper para un viaje nocturno más cómodo. Los autobuses nocturnos suelen estar equipados con literas o asientos blandos reclinables y cuentan con un baño a bordo. Puede que tu billete también incluya otros complementos como aperitivos o hasta una comida. Tomar un autobús nocturno es una buena opción si quieres ahorrarte la habitación de hotel. Durante el día, un servicio exprés ofrece la mejor relación calidad-precio, ya que hace menos paradas que un autobús de clase normal o estándar y viaja más rápido. Maria EEl mejor Sleeper Bus que cogimos en todo nuestro viaje a Vietnam, aunque eso no quiera decir que fue una buena experiencia del todo (quienes han cogido este tipo de buses me entenderán). No hicimos un trayecto nocturno y eso condiciona la puntuación.
Le pregunté al conductor por Whatsapp si nos podía recoger cerca de nuestro Homestay ya que estábamos lejos del punto de salida, y nos recogió un Tramcar que nos condujo al bus.
La hora de salida oficial era las 8:30 y acabamos saliendo sobre las 9:10 (nos recogieron cerca del Homestay a las 8:45 y recogimos a más turistas por el camino).
Las cabinas eran cómodas y espaciosas, con dos botellas de agua de cortesía y una toallita húmeda.
Eso sí, las carreteras son las que son y el conductor es local, así que baches, frenazos y pitidos hubo durante todo el trayecto.
Además, también echaron colchonetas en medio del pasillo del bus para acomodar a más viajeros (todos ellos vietnamitas).
La hora oficial de llegada eran las 12:30 pero llegamos a las 13:50.
El mejor sleeper bus que hemos cogido en el viaje porque los demás fueron nightmare bus nocturnos.

Te dan botella de agua. Las literas como en todos los autobuses para personas de más de 1.75 se queda un poco pequeña.

Jahdal JBus was cancelled on the morning due to low sales. We were offered another time but this was not ideal. The dropoff location was different to the ticket (which may have been because of the revised bus but we were never issued another ticket). Driver was rude when telling us to transfer from the bus to a mini van into the Hue city and physically grabbed our arm to pull us off the bus. We were also unaware there would be a second vehicle.

The drivers picked us up on time and they also arrive earlier but they don't necessarily wake you up (we took 2 night bus and the first time they even forgot about us so we were further our stop)

Bathroom at 1st stop was discussing. Ride was very bumpy. My charger port in my cabin did not work.

René JI was at the agreed pick-up point, but the bus had already left. A woman on a scooter picked me up, and I had to carry my large suitcase on my lap on the scooter. We then drove back to my hotel because the bus was waiting nearby. If I had known this earlier, I wouldn't have had to spend 30,000 on a taxi.
The ventilation in the bus smelled of smoke because people were smoking in the front of the driver's cab. The ventilation also smelled like a smelly toilet.
We also arrived an hour late.
Another thing I didn't like was that there was only one break. That's not enough for a 6-7 hour bus ride.

Ferdinand HCommunication was ok. Bus arrived 30 min later. The stops were not at places where it was nice to have lunch or make use of the toilet. The facilitating person showed enough hospitality. Was friendly. It was not possible to lift the bed. The trip lasted longer than expected. The pickup at Noi An was perfect.

Asia TI originally booked for 130am and the lady who’s connected with the bus (tiep Nguyen)told be that the bus is arriving early and there aren’t any 130am bus available so she wanted me to come at 12am instead.I already was irritated bc if there aren’t any 130 buses available why even have it posted?Then when I did arrive at 12 she left me outside while there were rats running around and the bus was 30-45mins late…She was unprofessional and didn’t communicate in person.Instead she left me outside with the rats until the bus came…

Bram RThe bus got us from Phong Nha to Hoi An in a somewhat acceptable time, so therefore the second star. First of all, the bus driver was full of sidequests, making stops every few kilometers for people or goods. The advertised time of 6 hours is already a challenge for a normal car, but we ended up taking 8 hours on the route with no traffic jams whatsoever.
On a toilet break (that apparently took just 6 minutes) 2 of the passengers were nearly abandoned, because of lack of communication.
Weirdest thing was, 2 kilometers before our final destination, the bus stopped and the driver and crew left with no communication. We eventually ended up with unloading the bagage ourselves with the other passengers, and taking a Grab for our last miles. After 30 minutes, the driver came back as we were waiting on our grab.
There is no need to speak English, as we are tourists and should adapt, but at least try to communicate in some way.

Michael FWhen booking this bus, there were two options available through this website. Both buses were leaving at 10am but one of the buses was more expensive but arrived 1.5 hours earlier. It was important for us to arrive early, so it was worth paying the extra money for 6 hour trip as opposed to the other option which was 7.5 hour trip. The bus ended up taking 8.5 hours to reach our destination of Ninh Binh from Phong Nha. There was no traffic delays, the bus just made multiple random stops often detouring from what should have been a direct path. Very disappointing to arrive so late, nothing was communicated to us or other passengers on the bus.

Davide SHue-Hoi An transfer takes 3.5 hours. This is a normal time, including breaks, but the 2.5-hour estimate was overly optimistic.
I was contacted via several WhatsApp messages and emails to inform me of the departure, but at a certain point they started spamming me with advertisements for their activities... slightly irritating.

Elena FFor me the worst sleeping bus where I was in. The cabine was dirty with the garbage left from the last person. They are making stops without telling you how long or anything, only one time they did throw a recorded loud speaker.
Then the whole trip listening to the Instagram scrolling from the workers, so that you cannot rest because they don’t use headphones or let the phone aside while working. The owner sending lots of whatsapps wanting to offer you more products and asking to put 5 stars on google so he gives you a free tour.
And they gave us no water, so.. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I got picked up early morning in Hue and it was confusing because they gave the address and a map, but when you open their map it shows the same address location multiple places along the street - so I went with what google maps said (which matched one of options on map) and I was a quarter block down from the right spot - luckily I saw a tour van pull up down the road and ran down to sort out. The pick up was on time, but at some point we pulled over for well over an hour while someone brought trailer loads of boxes to be picked up one trailer load at a time. That resulted in being 2 hours late to destination, when it was only supposed to be a 4 hour trip. Also, the driver drove like crazy after stopping to make up time

Loan MWe did the Phong Nha - Hue, the bus was not very clean. They did 2 stops for toilets, it took us 7h of drive. We arrived one hour late. Not the best but it works.
