También tuve que imprimir el bono en una imprenta de la 1ª planta para conseguir un billete de embarque en la taquilla 4 de la 2ª planta. Además, encontrar esos dos lugares no fue una tarea rápida. Nunca ha sido tan difícil subir a un autobús si ya has pagado el billete por adelantado.

Llegué a la cabina 4 del nivel 2 de Pitx para recoger mi entrada, pero en el mostrador me dijeron que bajara e imprimiera el cupón en PDF y lo enviara a mi correo electrónico. Los servicios de impresión pedían 150 pesos por imprimir. Fui a la recepción de Pitx para confirmar con ellos y fue asistido por su personal para hablar con el mostrador de servicio de autobús. Aparentemente no necesitamos el PDF impreso, el chico del mostrador del servicio de autobuses se negó a darnos el billete hasta que el personal de PITX se enfrentó a ellos. Tal vez algo dudoso entre el chico del mostrador de servicio de autobús y la imprenta quién sabe. En cualquier caso, lo confirmamos con otros pasajeros y nos dijeron que no era necesario imprimir el bono en PDF a cambio del billete real. Además, el autobús salía a las 15.30 y no a las 15.00.

Los postes programados en el Web site no eran exactos.. La hora de salida deberia ser a las 6am pero ya salio a las 9amplus. La llegada debería ser a las 4 de la mañana del día siguiente, pero llegué a las 4 de la tarde. Además, antes de reservar no especificaba que no incluía la tasa de embarque. El total que pagué online fue de 2.417 pero cuando llegué al puerto de batangas me cobraron otros 930,00 php.

It was expensive. According to the conductor, when they saw the price of my online it was a little more expensive compared to when you buy the ticket at the bus terminal. Likewise, there were separate payment for each ferry. And we got many delays. So from Cubao to Cebu City, we had an accumulated time of 45 hours of travel. Very long travel hours. 6am on the online, so we arrive early as 4am. But the departure time is 11am! 😡 Online booking is way more expensive. It should be a 1 way trip however because of the delay we have no choice but to go inter island from batangas port to calatagan mindoro port to roxas mindoro port. The trip makes you feel exhausted. Better to book flight than to go on roro boat trip.

Bus was comfy, only left 20min late arrived on time. Printing the voucher seems utterly useless and wasteful. The driver/ticket inspector could have just looked at my phone to confirm my booking. The person at the help desk refused to print my voucher. There's a printing shop just at the corner where you can print (around 10pesos). Allow extra time for that.

The bus has a very limited baggage capacity. The trip took 3-4 hours since the bus stopped at Lipa, Tanauan. And Sto Tomas. I arrived at the bus station before 12:30, and the bus is already full. I have to wait and carry my baggage bags since there is no nice place or even chairs to sit down while waiting for the next bus. The bus left past 1.
