Not really the fault of 12GO, however I made all my travel arrangements to ensure I had daylight hours in the cities I was staying. My flight was moved twice from 6pm to 10am, which meant I lost a complete day in Phnom Penh. As said, not 12GO's issue, however hard to reschedule when non refundable through them. Overall, great trip though.

Could not add baggage to flight and had to pay excess baggage. On the positive they were kind enough to say they will reimburse us for this. I also added baggage on the manage my booking. However this was not upheld by the airline as they said the confirmation did not come directly from the airline. I tried to contact through the online chat but was disconnected several times on their side when trying to organise a name change which did not happen. I had to follow up every day and the problem was not solved. They said they tried to contact the airline but with no success? ...however they were very polite on the phone and email and sounded like they were trying to help.
