Went from Seim Reap to Sihanoukville over night. The bus left on time and arrived on time. The reason for 4 stars only is because the bus was dated, the mattress could have been more comfortable, the vents were missing if you didn't want to be blasted with AC, and there was no personal light.

We had a good experience with Mbus. Nice and clean with comfortable seats. Lights, AC and power socket by every seat. However, there were no safety belts. Booked upper seats but felt unsafe and had to move down to the lower ones. Toilet not very fresh, but was working. Overall a good night bus experience!

Late departure. Drivers drove way too fast, so much so that they hit something too hard and damaged the tyre. We were delayed over 3 hours in the middle of the night at the side of the road whilst they tried to fix it. This meant we missed our ferry in Sihanoukville. Also the drivers were blasting out music all night and chatting loudly to women who joined them randomly sitting in the front cabin. No explanation once we reached Sihanoukville, just told to get off. Very disappointed.

Big bus, they have a brak after 2 hours. You can grab some food or just go to the toilet. Pick up time and arrival were on time!

When I booked the ticket it’s said it has a toilet in the bus. That’s not true. We had to stop in a restaurant that had dirty toilets full with iguanas only because we asked the driver many people needed to go. The air con was super high so its was freezing. And the drcing was it it was foing through a road full of holes

Air conditioned bus with really comfy beds. Provided with pillow, blanket, water, charging outlet and curtain for privacy. Only downside is no wifi. Bus stopped a few times but there are also toilets on board. The bus arrived on time (5:30am)
