This Bus was the best form if night travel. Better than travelling by plane. Had a great sleep even though bumpy roads. Felt safe and drivers took regular breaks. 'Big man' our steward was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Aside from the uncertainty regarding pickup location (due to building works) the trip was an absolute pleasure. Very friendly staff as always with giant ibis. The beds were spacious and comfortable for westerners, with a functional and clean toilet on board. It seems giant ibis are the best when it comes to long distance transport in Cambodia.

Better than the other busses. Worth the extra money you pay. The wifi was working maybe 60% of the time. The pick up point was clear. You got water in the bus. The bus was clean. Not very nice are the beds. Hard as stone. And also the traveling time from Sihanoukville to SR is stated with 10 h. It was 12. If the company knows that the bus stop everywhere without reason and will never make it in 10 h why don’t just say 12 from beginning? It was also a big mess to get beds for everyone. Even everybody had a reservation for a specific bed the stuff spend long time to give new beds. Don’t get me wrong. Still the best night bus I have had.

Cabins too small and shared with strangers. No information about toilet stops.

Terrible service: extremely rude staff (they changed our seats without allowing us to go to the seats we had booked), crazy air conditioning (one blanket was not enough and when I asked the driver to turn the a/c down he did for 5 minutes and then turned it back on). Nobody spoke a word of English in the bus which obviously makes all things a bit harder when there are only tourists on the bus. On the way to Sihanoukville I traveled with Giant Ibis which offered a much better service

The journey was ok, but it wasn't the bus saw in the pictures, when we booked.

The pickup point that shows up in the e-ticket and instructions is WRONG. I had to walk and ask the whole town to find out where the right pickup point was. It wasn’t given any contact for giant ibis and the address for their office in google maps is wrong. The beds in the bus are not that comfortable.

Wrong departure point on ticket caused unnecessary stress, no seatbelts even though it said so in their advertisement. 2hrs delayed.
