Overall a really good experience. The bus trip was well organised and the staff were friendly and helpful. We left and arrived on time. The bus was clean and the bed for two of us sufficient (both 175cm). There were curtains for privacy. There was WiFi and a toilet on the bus (although we did not use it or see what it was like). The lights in the individual “cabins/ booths” did not work and the AC was constantly blowing cold on high and unable to adjust.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean. The only problem is we purposely chose a bed that wasn’t right at the back so that we wouldn’t be lying near the engine as it always gets uncomfortably hot there, or by the toilet which can be loud and smelly. But the seating plan when booking is different to seats in real life as there is an aisle of double beds and an aisle of single beds. So we were in fact at the very back and I didn’t get any sleep in between being boiling hot and also having people slam the toilet door next to my head all night. Rating 4/5 as I’m sure that if we had been in a different bed we would have had a decent sleep.

The beds are super small and there is no space to put backpacks near the beds. You get the quality you pay for. The road was not too bumpy and the driver was not driving too crazy: we could get a few hours of sleep.

The sleeping bus was fine, but if you are traveling alone I would recommend booking 2 seats next to each other. The bed is very small, even when your next to someone you know. I would recommend putting on warm clothes as the airco was very cold!! We arrived half an hour early in Siem Reap.

Bus was comfortabel, but as soon we started driving the bus started to smell disgusting. The driver drove pretty fast on a very bumpy street so that the bus was shaking constantly therefore it was a bit hard to fell asleep. When we arrived the driver did not give notice so that we just woke up because hearing the other guests.
