The trip took almost 10 hours instead of 7 hours because the driver was lost in El ghouna. He could use google map, my husband has to go and show directions to him. We couldn’t have a real break to eat a meal because what was served on the bus was a snack not even a sandwich. If it’s not possible than at the least let people buy a meal inside a bus or add this option at the booking. Where I put my feet to rest was broken

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding our transfer from Cairo to Hurghada on September 15 september and to request a full refund.
We booked and paid for a seven-person vehicle for 8:30 a.m. Although we were only three women, we specifically chose the larger vehicle because of our luggage and to have enough space and comfort.
The driver arrived at approximately 10:00 a.m., 1.5 hours late, and with a small car instead of the seven-person vehiclewe had booked. We contacted the agency and were told to wait for another car. At 11:00 a.m., we were told there was no larger vehicle and that we had to take the small car or receive no refund. When I insisted that we had paid for the larger vehicle, the agency representative shouted at me and threatened me instead of helping us.
We had no practical choice but to take the car, and the journey finally started at approximately 11:30 a.m. The car was so small that we had to keep our luggage on our legs, and even the driver had to put his bag between himself and one of us.
After approximately 2–3 hours, and only halfway through the journey, a tire blew out in the middle of the desert. There was no spare tire. The driver told us that he had already had a problem with the same tire the previous day but had not repaired it.
We were stranded for more than one hour in approximately 39°C heat. We were three women alone in a remote area and were genuinely frightened. The driver was not taking the situation seriously and was laughing and making jokes.
I called the agency approximately six or seven times, but nobody answered or provided assistance. Eventually, two strangers stopped and helped us reach the nearest service station.
Because we did not feel safe and could not reach the agency, we contacted the Tourist Police. They came to the service station, listened to the situation, and ensured that the vehicle was repaired before we continued. They also told us they would call us every 30 minutes during the remaining approximately two hours of the journey to make sure we were safe.
We finally arrived at our hotel at approximately 9:00 p.m. instead of around 2:00 p.m.
This was not simply a delayed or uncomfortable transfer. We paid specifically for a larger vehicle, yet received a small car; we were left stranded in the desert in extreme heat with a tire problem and no spare; the agency did not answer our calls; and we ultimately had to involve the Tourist Police for our safety.
We have photos documenting the vehicle, tire, and situation, which we can provide as evidence.
We therefore request a full refund and a written explanation of how this situation was allowed to happen, particularly why a vehicle with a known tire problem and no spare tire was used for a four-to-five-hour journey.
We look forward to your prompt response and confirmation of the refund.

We arrived late at our destination because the bus kept stopping without giving us a reason.
And the address on the tickets is never correct; we are systematically redirected to another address at least 15 minutes away from the one indicated on the ticket.
